Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy can be brought to TFM

Remember the Music Director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the music directors of Kamal Hassan's Alavandhaan. They seem to be missing in the Tamil scene for the last 2 years and they are doing really good in the Hindi field. They have given solid musical hits in Hindi such as; Mission Kashmir, Dil Chahtha Hai. I think they can be brought to the Tamil films again. I feel they are definitely better than Deva and a few others. I think they are the best as far as Hindi Film Music goes after A R Rahman.

I would like healthy comments who listen to Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and have a fair knowledge of Hindi Film Industry.

  SEL has mentioned abt SPB.
  
  For me SPB, KJY and ARR are great because they are way ahead of all other musicians. It is an opinion. But if your mind refuses to accept that and is hell-bent on thinking that their nativity is my only source of admiration, you are welcome to think so!

  He not only wasted our military resources but also used it in questionable ventures. It is ofcourse true that some pathetic morons killed him in their violent zeal which got them nothing. But first try to learn why LTTE exists and why they need to fight for their rights. They are not like you and me sittingand listening to some hindi songs and writing doggerels. Their history is tragic. They were driven to sorrowful conditions through oppresive measures. I am sure you are one of those people who believes the Leftist-indian media outright and base your opinions on their seemingly true articles.

  Who killed the missionary Graham Staines? Who raped the Swiss national in delhi? Who raped Anjana in Orissa? Who fought amongst their neighbours in Gujarat and burned children and women in the name of fighting for religious supremacy?? WHo has underworld dons controlling and masterminding bomb blasts?
  
  It is a known fact that Delhi has an alarmingly high crime rate! I would almost say that a girl can not walk alone in the night feeling absolutely safe in cities filled with sex crazy rapists!
  
  
  
  Coimbatore had a bomb blast supposedly orchestrated by islamic extremists. Did you hear abouyt any widespread violent clashes as a repercussion of the bomb blast? I am sure if it was a north indian state atleast half a lakh people would have been massacred!
  
  It is very evident from cricket matches the nature of mob mentality in the North. Look at Calcutta. They created such havoc in India-Sl match, also in the India-Pak match.
  
  Chennai on the other hand gave a standing ovation to Pakistani cricketers when they won a test match here. Also the crowd was going crazy when Saeed Anwar broke Viv Richard's record! Can you ever find such matuire and knowledgable crowd in Indian cricket anywhere else?? Jeved Miandad himself saluted the Chennai crowd and aid he was shocked by their kind applause!
  
  Hmmmm after all this I would not say that Gujaratis and Mumbaites are born killers...

  Majority of the people in South Indian states are nice, well-behaved and educated. Dr. SPB is an example. In spite of being a legend, he is so humble and nice.
  
  But there are people like you also in the South Indian states who are so narrow-minded, regionally biased and hate other cultures. You neither know about other cultures, nor you are interested to know. You are the people who bring bad names to your states. Otherwise, the South Indian people and the South Indian culture are something, we, Indians are proud of. It is because of you only that I had to write such harsh words.
  
  I once again say, we, the Indians, do not need such narrow-minded people. You better get lost somewhere. You should ask yourself why you were born. Because such people are of no use to the society and the country.

  I am not one of those crores of people who will stay quite when our songs are being ripped off left and right and our music is copied and still we are opressed!!!
  
  south indian actors, cinematographers, directors, editors, auidography men, composers have all won accolades in the National level. But still they are opressed just because they are South indian.
  
  If India itsef is biased against the south, what I am saying is why shud I care abt the North anymore? So I am just avoiding the North because we are good in all respects! Music, films, IT, etc etc.
  
  Yes, i am biased but not in the crude sense of being biased but I prefer the south because it is truly better! I give it more marks because it performs beter! Thats it!
  
  Why wouldn;t I give a damn about Hindi music? Becos I hate the fact they refuse to come out with something original and continually copy.
  
  FYI, Vivek Oberoi's movies Saathiya and Dum were remakes of tamil movies Alaipayuthey and Dhill. Did uyou know that? Also Abhishek Bachan is doing a movie called RUN. It is a remake of the Tamil movie RUN. Kaaka Kaaka a Tamil superhit movie will be remade in Hindi with Fardeen Khan as hero.
  
  Kadhal Konden will also be made in Hindi. When will Hindi have originality? I know they turn out some "original" movies where the hero is a rich brat named Rahul and the heroine is another rich girl named Pooja. One of those several chopra love movies which Ram Gopal Varma (another south Indian) made fun of in his movie Company.
  
  If Hindi movie make good sensible movie shrugging off the nonsense rahul-Pooja love stories it will be better. Same applies to music.
  
  In the lastfew years the only albums I have listened to are Dil Chahtha Hai, Legend of Bagat Singh and now its Tehzeeb. Other than that I find it all sour and half-baked. Ofcourse lotsof them are copied from Tamil and I have heard it in the Tamil original itself.

First of all my point was Peter Gabriel worked with great NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN, i didnt say that peter gave the music of that movie, i was talking about N.F.A.KHAN,s raaga based background musical surgam in DEAD MAN WALKING..

  In Andhra recently the CM akmost got killed. On Tamil Nadu an ex CM is arrested with a dhoti and no underware. In Karnataka a Superstar is abducted . In Kerala population is so much they have to go and settle elsewhere and work as a cook in other country. What is there to boast ?

  Sorry for that . I just wanted to break that "V"s pride. Typical South Indians think that their songs are the best full of raagas , melody etc. They dont know their HINDI pronounciation is so pathetic that North Indians run away from them.
