  nobody wants to know what is symphony, and other notes by yourself.
  
  rajaG, even if this symphony gets released, it is not going to be of much hype. another ill-construed project of IR which will dig more into his already infamous rank in TFM. as u said, people like S, Kaalam will pledge whatever they have and dig IR's grave in the name of fanaticism.

  IIR is now writing the individual scores for the 200 odd musicians in S'pore.[will take about 15 days]
  Immediately after, the recording will happen in Hungary.

  I think cd is highly priced at 22$ including postage and handling, if you can forward this feedback to the concerned it will be good.
  Honestly Indian audio market is not ready for such a big price, atleast in India if the organizers can come up with standard pricing we can afford. Since the product is coming in Tamil it generates more curiosity, please let it be afforable even if its a flagship one.

  It is definitely a good suggestion which we will pass on to TM. The final sale price depends on how much we are able to subsidize with our initial contributions and that's the reason we are constantly appealing to all to donate liberally for this project now, as this IS being done ONLY thru public support. If we can give IIR&TM the capital required, then we will definitely be in a position to have a say on the CD pricing issue. Or otherwise, TM may be forced to recover the cost from the CD's without an option. We are also seriously considering to offer the cd's to the donors at a much lower price, one way or the other. Thanks for understanding.
  The US team's mission is very simple. :
  Get this symphony done as soon as possible and get it out so as to reach all the people in an affordable way. We are not concerning ourselves with the profit and all those TWO colleges [in Chennai and in SriLanka] which will happen only from the profits. What we mean is that we are not putting the college theme as our goal. Thanks again.

  After watching the donations list, people giving 500's and 1000's i don't know how far its going to help.
  Organizers can bring in Mass participation for selling TIS donation tickets in the denominations of 100, thats a simple way to ask more people to contribute.
  Anyways if you have already done it, i am sorry to be redundant.

  Official news of the TiS release will be duly announced in the www.raaja.com website once we hear from IIr in a few days on the exact schedule. In the meantime, FeTNA has jumped the gun but the timeframe is more or less around that time. Whether it will be the 'first-ever' at FeTNa or not, only IIR knows!
