Which Discussion Forumers have you met from newtfmpage?

Hi musiclovers!!!

newtfmpage has been a nice place for people to share what they know with each other. Many people help you with what you want and become your pals.

But how many of these faces have you seen?

How many have you met in person?

How many have you atleast spoken to over phone?

How many have you chat with on a Messenger?

How many have you atleast mailed?!

Get-togethers happen every now and then. I can see people shaking their heads violently in disagreement, but they do happen! Atleast ONE major get-together has happened to my knowledge.

Any such events that happened elsewhere? Would be nice to learn about such experiences.....Share benefits gained if any

  Same here! :) Tracey Whitney-a SS (neenga illa, Sidney Sheldon!) marandhalum naan marakka maaten! "The Sky is Falling" was damn good too..

  I prefer racy books that are.. err.. unputdownable. Enakku oru ketta pazhakkam or rather ketta opinion. I normally feel, "If the author isnt able to sustain my interest thru 30 pages, he's not worth my time".. Adhu JRR Tolkien-a irundhalum seri! Vaazhkaiye veruthuten LOTR padichu! :(
  Frederick Forsythe, PG Wodehouse, and some stuff from Robert Ludlum.. padikkave apprehensive-a irukkum. Avanga language-a rasikkavum porumai illa. PG Wodehouse book-la irukara fullstops-a kaiya vechu ennalaam! avalo periya sentences onnonnum! Andha vidhathula, gimme a Jeffrey Deaver, SS, Mario Puzo or even a JK Rowling neday!

  apart from The Doomsday Conspiracy(SS)...
  
  there's a book..titled "Thursday Child" ...but i can't remember the author...the story super good...but i don't think it will satisfy Magixs taste....coz it's liek watching ART FILM...very nice film...but boring film...so u must have taste for such a genre...i believe

  I started reading Da Vinci Code in B'lore...
  adhukulla vootukku vara vendiyatha pochu! :(
  
  I did read a book called "The Lion's game" though.. author paerae marandhu pochu! But it was brilliant. Almost 1000 pages of amazing storytelling, and to my pleasant surprise, humour! Cool technique of parallel narration where one chapter is in 1st person and the next is in 3rd person. Author paeru therinja sollungapa!

  If you like science fiction read the book Prey by Michael Crichton. Amazing book and the research done by MC.
  And once you have graduated with SS novels go towards John Grisham for courtroom novels.
  
  Then come to Tom Clancy. wow. I forgot the name of the submarine novel which was made into a movie. Sean Connery was the lead guy. A russian general wants to defect to US. Oh oh..How can I forget this???
