  I am so excited about this that I would like to re-iterate the highlights from that link
  
  The song goes like this

  Saranam lines are
  Vasanai irukkum varaiyil sirikkum
  Pookalin kathai thaan boomiyil namakkum
  Ulagil ethuvum nirantharamillai

  The tune was sung over phone from London by ARR to Vali who really liked it and thought that it would be a big hit. Vaali also completed the composition of these lyrics in a matter of minutes listening to the tunes from ARR over one phone call.This, he claims he has never done before.
  
  Apparently, the audio file came to chennai for the playback singers Sujatha, Karthick to sing, which has already been completed.

  VM totally unhappy with BABA songs.
  he has complained to BABA and AR about this.
  he has commented AR working from london as
  "thabaalil thaambathyam seyvadhu maadhiri"
  
  Vaali has penned one song and VM is doing 3 songs.
  The one climax song sung by karthik where rajni asks lord to give him power to destroy the evil forces, the lyrics have undergone many levels of transformations before it went to recording it seems. AR has changed the opening completely it seems. the song begins,
  
  "sakthi koadu iRaivaa
  sakthi koadu"
  
  actually i am combining news from two mags.
  one the Hindu and the other from cinema.
