ARR, The Child Prodigy

ARR in my opinion is a child prodigy. He delivered some great songs like "Chinna Chinna Aasai", "Kaathal Rojave" when he was only 17 or 18 Years old and got National Award (which he deserves). Needless to compare him with IR on this issue.

He reminds me of Mandolin Srinivasan who made his first Arangetram when he was 12 years old. IMO, ARR is a child prodigy. Any Opinions?

  Veliyaththavan has summed the discussions. ARR is now 34 years of age as it is already known from many articles on him. So doing some arithmetic on my brand new Casio scientific and financial calculator, it says ARR must have been a child prodigy at 27 years in 1992 when Roja was released and is about 40 crores rich with 40 or 50 movies.   This is to certify that this thread right from inception has got little sense in its proceedings and declared to be fully "dhjkljsdf" compatible. The "Virus insensibilis" contained in this prolifeates itself by feeding on the dumbest brains of DF (including me) and is irresistible once it infects. The vector of this virus are predominantly a family, a jobless, and new faces which seem to be making new threads out of (c)old topics. Dr. Nirvagi probably needs to be apply his curing power thus causing a cesseation of this proliferation.

  raja fan, i strongly object to ur posting, due to the following reasons:
  1.new calculator is not original, it copies the calculations done by the old calculator, but in a more fancy manner.
  2.old calculator is still in business. watch out for "oh, moon, show me thine face" where old calculator has shown its full potential, doing sums for which even the new calculator will give an overflow.
  3.old calculator needs to be promoted in US and i am actively writing to all the undergrad students in my univ to use the old calculator. the old calculator apparently came up with a new version in london, which i am not able to lay hands on.
  4.new calculator is running out of stuff due to overusage of some particular general purpose registers.
  5.there are some unbranded clones of the new calculator which easily give the performance of the new calculator, and come a lot more cheaper.. doesn't matter if these clones were made from blueprints stolen from other calculator companies.
  6.new calculator apparently sells more than old calculator..but just do the calculation of G * U * R * U on both the calculators and u will find that the old calculator is unbeatable.

  I only compared ARR with Mandolin Srinivas because both of attained success at their early ages.

  M, neenga vanganadhu calculator or is it onbo o dhu? Check the manufacturer name, if it is some Sonia company in Latuka as in some remote China, then you got a prablem. The chips will be all totally rhythm based and all numbers you punch will like like onbo o dhu.

  srinath: it depends on who is using it.. if a kuppaayi or suppan is using it, then it is "education to the masses". if people who have brand loyalty use it, then it is "inspiration, competitive pressure".. in the internal reports of the rival company shareholders, it is a "copy, they have stolen the damn technology from us and are trying to push us out of competition.. can we file an anti-trust case? what will happen to US without that brand" :-))))
