strangely the Title Theme sounds like slower version of Jee Boomba...by BW...?...

I saw the album in the stores. Anyone listened to it? I liked the song coming in the trailer, he tried to imitate IR.

Why make a comparative statement between VS's recent Album and IR's and then say "do not want
no comments from IR's fans?" - looks unreasonable
and childish.

Some VS songs are cool, but he is no one to be
compared with IR - Also, one can praise VS
without bringing other MDs in to the picture particularly when you do not want comments from other MD's fans...

I do not know of any VS-IR difference of opinion
except that VS scored for this movie since IR was not picked due to business/industry reasons.

Are you starting one? OK, I do not want comments from you!!! Ha ha!!!

am nt sure how Mr. THANGAR BACHAAN in an interview stated that VS kulla oru IR irukaar nu....THANGAR BACHAAN Comedy Track Nalla Ezhuduvaar polla irukku....Vivek ku Recoomend pannalam....

Thendral songs are no where near to any of the songs that VS has given in the recent time.

The songs are good. Azhakkadalu song reminds me of the great KJY classic "Gori tera" from the hindi film "chitchor".

My point of view: the songs are superb

aalakadalu: another good song by madhu balakrishnan (kana kandenedi tholi)

pachaikili: what a song !! karthik sings the song very well

pathara koddai mama: a manmatha raasa song, reminds a bit of mama mama mama, people are gonna dance in thatres to this song

yeh pennae: a great song by shreya goshal( enna ithu from nala dhamayanthi).

vanavil: for the first time i can understand what sadhana surgam sings.

putham puhdu paadhu: a good parai song

adhithooli: an average song

The "paRai" song is the only half-good song in the movie. All other songs are terrible. I feel bad for Thankar Bachan. Deva would have been a better choice. He scored good folk numbers in "Chokka thangam".

They are just mediocre songs in the garb of melodies. VS is just a hype. HJ is better

The "Azhakadallu Azhakadallu" song resembles a lot of songs. To start with, it sounds like some Vijayakanth Song and in the middle we can hear glimpses from IR's BARATHI Song and once again come back to the Vijayakanth Style Song.

Pls listen and let me know on which songs this Song has been copied?

the movie is gonna be a hit in theathres bec of thnkarbachan (azhagi, solla marantha kathai)

try at www.mohankumars instead the quality sounds much better even though it taked about 20-30 minutes to download a song

As expected, VS has imitated IR completely from the musical styles to the voice modulation. I can be very sure his bgm will be in IR's style for Thankar Bachan's movies. He has never proven any originality till date.

I am sure ARR fans are trying hard to break a fight inbetween ir, vs, hj, ysr, kr and hj fans.. in that way arr will be safe from bashing by these fans! all these mds are far far better than king of copycat ARR.

Yee Penne Penne Ennachu -- Is a great song from VS. Although it resembles Pattucholli (Azhagi) a lot, its a great effort by VS. I love the piano bits all over the song.

He has some musical sense.

Can someone tell me what raaga is it based on -- Especially when Shreya Gowsal goes like "Kadhaiyil Thane... (the tabla placing is excellent)" the tabla pieces take over and recide aptly. It's like IR's style. But kudos to VS

most of the songs remind me of IR's old songs. But VS rehashes IR better than IR himself
