Kumudam opinion poll on IR vs ARR

There has always been a complaint in TFM DF that IR fans manipulate ratings etc.

Please visit the latest opinion poll conducted by Kumudam. IR wins by huge majority. If you find time, please read through the various opinions from all over the world. It is really amazing to find that we are not alone in praising IR - The Genius

  If u cannot accept the truth, please dont make comments like "Kumudham manipulates polls". A reputed magazine like Kumudam, which has been in circulation for ages cannot easily sensationalise things, as you think. Mind you, it was the same magazine whih few weeks ago presented IR's so-called controversial speech. And I know what happened in the DF after that.

  Kumudam accused IR of using the beats (not tunes, by the way) of Vandemataram, for the BGM of 'kizhakkum maerkkum', a Napolean-Devayani movie by mu.kaLanjiyam.

  doubter, that was not just accused but also proved. Also, listen to the middle part of Thai Manne Vanakkam ni Vande Mataram. The line goes "ennai alakki valathai". Switch to Kathalukku Mariyathai song "Ennai thalatta varuvayo". What a joke,the so-called "best" song in the movie is a fudge.

  I am sorry, but my ears are absolutely fine. I am not biassed at all. I am the 1st guy to criticise ARR for a bad song or praise IR for a great song. But the resemblance is obvious. And when I see lots of ARR fans praising IR, I see only bashing of ARR by IR fans. That shows who is biased and who isnt.

  Yours is interesting. I have listened to vandematharam some 100 times. The perticular song "thalatta varuvaayo" from KM, I have listened but I never thought to consentrate on the music totally. Nevertheless, the song is one the best of IR and definitely one in top ten of my list. This sunday, my job is to try to identify what you say.

  Look at the amount of new threads that shows utter *hatredness* of ARR, (The Most Worst MD ...). People here esp. at newtfmpage can't digest on other (Non IR family) success. I mean it & have seen it.

  Believe it or not, it was MSV fans against IR fans and now it is IR fans vs ARR fans. IR fans support YSR/KR and ARR fans support Harris/Praveen. Hatredness is seen in all threads and it is not only one group against another IMO.

  Think of tunes in the past for such songs. It may not exist, if at all exist it wont be as IR did. I dont say it was bad before, but Look at the grace and individuality IR has shown. This is just tip of the ice berg.

  Excellent Classification of IR's love songs. I never thought that way, probably since I did not see all the movies of these songs. Your classification aptly classifies his various compositions for different situations of love. Yours is probably one of the best postings in the TFM forum I liked. This classification clearly shows how good IR is..It is an objective classification..since I know every little bit of these GEMS.
  
  I went back and listened to these songs in my collection again and surely it fits very well.
  
  This clealy shows how capable IR is to compose for different situations..I am amazed.

  This poll had severe limitation on the size of your posting...I typed a large one and then had to keep on editing before fitting into the no. of characters they allowed...which has forced the (unfortunate) removal of some of my compliments to ARR:-(
