Hi Bay Area Desi,

Am too from South Bay, California. tried using Direct connect. but it says "Disconnected from the hub" after few minutes of giving the IP number that u'd mentioned which is as follows 68.83.71.235. pls help me on this.

Hey killy...to connect to direct connect u must share minimum 1GB of mp3 or mpeg or whatever...until its less than 1GB it wont get connected..

Ya, share 1 GB minimum to get connected in Direct Connect .. otherwise u will get that "disconnected from hub" error message.

Also, read the error message carefully, sometimes, the hub admin would have a policy of not allowing anyone having some particular file types to connect because of security reasons. The error message will say "file type .xyz not allowed" or something like that.
