YSR's Dheena starring Ajit should be coming out soon. Has anyone any info about it?Also what are his other upcoming projects?

  I am sure what you guys speak. Bcos I am well realted to cinema and film named Badri.
  YSR did all songs for Deena. Any of you guys know a film Badri casting Vijay, YSR has done two songs
  and others by by telugu MD ..Mani Sharma. If the same issue comes during the other fim relase then you would apprecite me..until that any one would think it a crap..!! Why MAnisharma....its all bcos Badri..Telugu version Thamudu had him and songs were good...anyhow I am one among the producers realtive...but in no way I am related directly to film industry!

  guys,please listen.i am in this industry for the last five years and i know yuvan very well..both personally and professionally..and i have never heard of any such thing as yuvan composing only to songs,or he is in love with some female and the remaining crap..yuvan is addicted to his work..only to his work.i know how hard he worked for dheena..composing songs day and night..and belive me guys it is not easy to work in a film with a top star in it..i know how much he bent himsef to suit their needs..
  please just think before talking something.do you know how much it hurts to hear all these things..one worked so hard and in return he gets gossips and rumours..would we do the same thing if was some one from our family? consider yuvan as our family.comment on his work..only work.
  and i know who spread all these rumours.and i warn him to stop spreading rumours..he was yuvan all these time and yuvan fired him for incompetance and this fellow is taking his revenge this way.even yuvan gave him a very big break..yuvan did all these just for friendship.he thught that person as his friend and look what he got in return?
  so my friend,as yuvan's fan and well wisher,i am warning you.if you do it again then i can't bear that.and you can't bear the consequences..i am too powerful in this industry to make you run out of it in a sec..just don't waste your life like this,like a worm..to win you have to work..not this way...

  Sanjay, I too heard a similiar story. I think that the "friend" you are referring to is Murugan Iyer, who Yuvan gave the break to. I believe that yo uare right in this matter, but you are ill- informed about Yuvans love. He is loving a Girl from London. I do not wish to re-mention her name, but it has been mentioned previously in this forum. I know this for a fact as I have had it confirmed by Yuvan himself. You are right, we should let Yuvan do his music and leave his personal life, to him.

  Dear friends,
  I have some good and bad news for those DF'ers who had discussed in a separate thread about Piracy/Internet music (MP3 formats in particurly), I just returned from India after a 4 week trip and in Madurai near old bus stand there are a number of Cassette/CD ,recording/Sales stores who are selling several volumes (IR's and KJY etc.., obviously I was interested in only IR's) of MP3 format recorded CD's with songs ranging anywhere from 155 to 165 songs and from 70's and 80's super hits of Maestro , many of which I am yet to find the original CD versions, the price range is between 130 Rs to 150Rs per CD.The songs are all encoded with minimum 128 bps and hence the quality is equalent to CD quality. I was so happy to find lots of old IR songs. I was just casually asking the shop owners about the response for the MP3 CDs from public, to my surprise the answer I got was that the MP3 CD sales have been there for the past 6 months but in the last 2 months the sales have picked up well especially the IR' collection and with the introduction of MP3 CD compatible players by some big companies like BPL (with CD/VCD/MP3 -6500 Rs) and Phillips (17000 RS. mini audio system), portable player by Phillips is 17500Rs, however the same is available here for 149 $.
  
  One more open piracy which was shocking to me was the availability of all new releases of Tamil films in CD's (regular CD not MP3 coded)which are being recorded by rewritable CD writers and sold at 125 Rs/CD.Every new release by a big company like HMV/5 Star etc... is immediately on shelves in recoded format on CD-R's. One big combo which was selling like hot cake was Dheena and Friends, followed by Thenali with another junk like Thenali. Lots of other big hit combo's like "AP and KK" of ARR etc, all for 125 RS/CD.
  (Apparently the whole gamut of this piracy business is being done under some Benami by none other than the TN CM's son in Madurai), If this was the scenario in Madurai, I was surprised to hear that this business is there in many parts of TN and Chennai the prices are even cheaper 80 Rs to 90Rs. I have discussed about Piracy/internet music in those respective threads earlier and hence do not want to repeat it,however I am still left with these two conclusions
  1.If there were sources for getting the original CD's of the late 70'2 and 80's hits of IR I probably might not have been a patron for buying those rare IR hits MP3 (real rare gems of Mottai).
  2.On the otherhand like any common man I wonder what big difference do the original company CD (HMV or whoever) Vs. these recoded CD-R's have when a common man get these recoded CDS (2 hit combos) at 125 Rs/CD as opposed to 375 Rs/cd (that too with single film or single film with some junk).
  I am really confused....,
  If
  1. this is right by the big giants (Su****s) to sell the CDs at such a price (the contrast here again is almost 100% of the ARR and other MDs albums including the Biggest copy cat's son's album's launch are hyped by manufactures/Marketing and media people and end up spending lot of money inadvertantly on advertising, where as at the same time once in a while these kind of hype(when people like Kamalhasan etc are involved) and marketing is done by albums produced by IR and his Kins (big recent examples BHarathi, Friends, Dheena and Vaanjinaathan (inspite of three big stars(?) associated with the last three films), in other words these latter's album manufacturers did not spend unnecessary money in marketing them yet their prices ranged again from 300 Rs to 400 Rs.
  
  2.Whether it is right on the part of common people to buy those pirated CDs of equal recording quality at a lower price.
  
  3.Whether by doing so we are cheating the original musicians (I am talking exclusively about original composers like Maestro) for their extra ordinary efforts.
  
  I do not have an easy answer in the current economy,
  
  but for those who need more info on cheap and good portable MP3/CD disc players with a Car adapter kit, let me know I have more info.
  
  By the way those MP3 collections of exclusive IR hits are just too ....... Good

  TR was just writing in anger against YSR. He wanted to hurt him and what better way than to hurt the person who is closest to him. TR will get wgat is coming to him and will go to hell for being so ungrateful.This is not the way to show apreceaiton.   Hi all,
  As sanjay said, i know abt the IR family. They are real hard workers and for this movie we know that Yuvan worked real hard. But at the same time, i am really wondering how some reviewers have turned deaf to this movie's music. I have seen reviewers praising some other MD's sky high on a worthless or repeated music album. I saw the movie at sathyam theatre yesterday. The whole theater rocked with the music. I wud not say they were melodiuos, but they were catchy and made us fell peppy. The whole theater danced along with the song. And to add further, i wud even say the saving grace for the second half of the movie was songs and no other MD wud've done that. it is indeed painful to see that the Producer nor the director speaks abt him. It is my hope that yuvan will see new heights in music. Just wait for Nandhaa. At the same time, let us not discuss abt his Girl friend. It is his Girl friend and it is his personal issue. If his music is not good we have every right to criticise it(Constructively) and that's what makes one come up in his works.I think that Yuvan has got a well deserved break thru this movie and let's hope he grows further in stature and continue give good music to all his fans.

  As you said, I just wanted to bring some closure to the topic of YSR's personal matters. Who cares what he does in his time. His girlfriend is exactly that,HIS. No-one else has any right to comment on her whether we know her or not.We wouldn't apprecaite if someone was discussing our love life on an internet site. I apologise both to Yuvan and his girlfriend for confirming the matter, I didn't think ahead and made an error. As for Dheena, I too saw it in Satyam yesterday and there was this electrifying buzz in the theatre. The whole audience was drawn into the film. The first half was okay but the second half was not too great. The music was the only thing that kept the audience on the edge of their seats throughout. YSR has done a great job on the BGM and the film is a smash hit, only because of the music. Well done Yuvan, you have shown that you are truly from the Raja Kudumbam.
