who is this harish raghavendra who has sung "nirpadhuvae nadappathuvae" in bharathi and "azhagiya theeyae" in minnale.?
unable to find info on the singers database??

  Thanks "India" for the opinion.This guy has really made a mark through his mellifluous voice and beautiful rendering of tamil even without singing for music directors like AR.Rahman(probably the only exception in the whole singing industry to have made it big without ARR).He is worth the attention certainly.Looks like people are intersted in knowing about his personal life and interfering into it.
  Lets appreciate talents.I love his song"Aetho Aetho" from Leysa Laysa

  I just loved HR's song "Vaanam Pootha Poomazhayae" from Yuvan shankar raja's latest release "Punngai Poovae".All songs are really good and westernised but this song is classical raga based melodious song beautifully rendered by HR and Ranjini.

  most people think it is "nirpathuve"from bharathi but his first debut is "vasaki vasaki valluvan vasuki"from "arasiyal"mammooty and Shila shirothkar and Roja acted in R.k.Selvamani's movie -vidyasagar's music.It is a good song.but after that he started to do TV shows.

  Yup...u are right Renu.."Vaasaki" was his first debut.After a long break,harish was given the song 'Nitpathuve" by Illaiyaraja.Even though the movie was a art movie,the song highlighted harish and help him bang great hits in movie like minnale,manju,carlie chaplin,run,tamizh,sri,shajahan,run and etc.....

  I would say Harish is gifted. He has good voice, charming, talented..... He's simply superb !!!!

  Harish Raghavendra used to host a very popular musical show "Closeup Paaduvor Paadalaam" in Vijay tv during 1997-98 in which even I participated with my brother and then he gradually switched over to playback singing.
  Thanks to IsainyaniIR and Harris Jairaj for giving a solid break to this guy with the Golden voice.

  I happened to see the preview of Vikatan with my father who also happens to be from the film industry.It is really a different film and Harish Raghavendra has done a tremendous job as an actor.Nobody would expect a chocolate playback singer to do brillliant work in acting.I am sure he will be a successful actor cum singer like Kishore kumar and Kannada Rajkumar
