need the translation for 'vaseegara'

can someone have mercy on me and give me the translation of the song 'vaseegara' ???? please ????
english/ hindi is great!!
i love this song... i love the tune...i love the pronunciations....it's one of the sweetest sounding songs i have heard in my life!
sad thing is i can not appreciate it's real beauty unless i understand what it means...

can you also suggest some more such lovely songs?!

  Well, I think 'Vaseegara' means captivator. So here goes. I am giving my best try. But it's really hard to put something equally well in another language. The beauty of the original is lost.

  yeh! i heard one inside news...
  actually this song was asked to compose for the situation where two male friends, presumably madhavan and vivek sing about the heroine...
  
  so originally it was written as:
  Madhavan: vasikkira yen nenjinikka (meaning she is living to sweeten my heart)
  
  Vivek: un ponmadiyil (avaL) thonginaal podhum
  (its enough if (she) sleeps on your golden lap)...
  
  so i had deciphered the first line for the actual situation. Expecting you all to continue further...

  Guys i think we had enough of this postmortem. Please this is one of the best written songs in recent times. I dont understand what is this sadistic satisfaction u guys derive from deriding this song. There are 1000 other junk songs that can be ridiculed. Please chose one of them and leave this one alone. If you are not sure which ones i can you suggest atleast 100 of them. So Let us not continue with this degrading mission.

  aruvi, good translation, but there r a couple of mistakes.
  
  1. It's not 'adhey ganam en kannuranga' (as my eye rests); it's 'en kann urangaa(tha)' (sleepless). "At the same time, the sleepless longings of my previous lives will be satisfied".
  
  2. It's not 'oru poarvaikkul SIRU thookkam' it's IRU thookkam. (In one blanket we both sleep).
