Rahman_Asian Mozart? Misfit Comparison

Ok..Guys...I feel like committing suicide when I hear Rahman being branded Eastern or Asian Mozart. Why all this hype and why all of a sudden this worthless comparison?

  You are right.. You know why they branded him...
  He copied Mozart's 25th symphony and used it in his jingles. From then on he called himself Mozart.. As simple as that. Guru don't pay too much attention to these senseless comaprison in the showbiz. Once in an interview one guy told Kamalhasan is better than Dustin Hoffman. These things are common. Flattering each other is the name of the game in show biz. Have you talked to these north indians? They can sell sand stone as diamond. Ground Reality is different.

  Guru. Ask him what he copied it from? What movement? Probably he won't know anything about the classical piece. I know he is arguing based on a website where they have posted all the inspired songs.. ARR has more there... along with Deva.. That tune was just the beginning.. IR has shown enough variations... with brilliant adaptation as folk tune.. What this guy has done is just used the Mozart music without any change.
  I can show how ARR steals tune.. i have more than 50 examples... shall i release it one by one..

  IR and ARR in basketball leading each's team... Srinivas, Sureshpeters, Anubama, Jayachandran(!), SPB, Sukwinder in ARR team.
  Hariharan, Bavatharini, YSR, KR etc in IR team.
  
  Karthik plays in both team (lol)

  Sadana Sagam first came in as a member of ARR team then switched as a key player in IR team.

  It will take 150 years for ARR to achieve what IR has achieved provided IR stops scoring music.. For example 800 movies (Songs and BGM) in 26 years. Average 31 movies per year.
  ARR 50 movies in 10 years (mostly songs). Average 5 movies per year. At this rate he needs to live another 150 years to go past what IR has achieved till date. I hope ST is aware people don't live 150 years. Let us talk about quality... ARR's songs are hip hops like Hamma Hamma, mustafa mustafa, Chayya Chayya, Chikku pukku Chikku pukku,
  Shakkalaka baby shakalaka baby these are the "classicals" given by ARR. Honestly tell me atleast one song is decent enough.. I would rather listen to Jennifer Lopez, Britney spears songs than this poorly attempted tamilicized hip hop songs. I agree some ARR fans live in "kundu chatti" they don't know about outside world. for them these type of songs are new. So both quality and quantitywise to achieve what IR has done so far, ARR has to live for 500000 years.. I am very glad KB didn't make movies like Sindhu Bhairavi after he splitted with IR. Imagine ARR scoring for Sindhu Bhairavi.. Balachander will committ suicide. Imagine ARR scoring music for Nayagan.
  Nayagan wouldn't have run for more than 20 days.

  A.R.R for Nayagan... that would have been disaster of unimaginable proportions for Mani Ratnam.. he would have never recovered from the failure..
  
  Mouna Raagam, Idhayathai Thirudathe, Agni Natchatiram, Nayagan, Anjali, Pagal Nilavu, Idhaya Kovil, Dalapathy all would have been total failures if only ARR had scored music.

Lot of people don't know about Tendulkar too. That doesn't make him a lesser player. What kind of a logic is that? Let ARR satisfies entire TN first.   "Ammma Amma kollathae" or more like "Athaa Athaa kolathae"

  listen to Nila Kayum Neram Saranam that is far better than Anbe Anbe Kollathe..
  
  listen to Germaniyin Senthen Malare that is far better than Haira Haira Hairappa..
  
  Lyrics are written by Lyricists. Not MDs. Just changing Anbe Anbe into Amma Amma won't make it an IR song.. What are the odds IR compose the exact tune according to you? His tune will be different. Words will be different? Don't you think your argument is kinda naive? IR will score music for movies like Jeans in sleep. IR scores BGM and quality songs. But scoring music for Sindhu Bhairavi requires skill.
