  i listened to ARUL songs. Seem pretty good. I do accept that the songs do not impress first time, but after 4-5 listening, it looks like songs suit the movie.The "pathu viral" song is very melodious.I am not pro HJ but i feel that the songs have to be listened for some time to get feel of it.

  btw,she songs r ok,but Punnake song reminds me of some song in the 90's,even Paatu viral has song music from the 80's...cant remember what song was it,but its now a 'trend' for all u guys,as u only ly copied songs rather original,like Manmatha Raasa,Umah Umamah,Pootetaaku..all those nonsence,Arul stands the best in the line,havent listen to perazahagan yet....

  Arul audio - record sales
  
  
  The audio cassette of Vikram – Jothika starrer Arul has set record sales of 1 lakh cassettes on the day of release. Producer Ajay Kumar who has also produced films like Dhill, Youth and Jhoot said the public has lot of expectations from Vikram – Hari – Harris Jeyaraj team who struck it rich earlier in their Saamy.
  He further added that the song ‘Ukadathu Pappadam’ sung by L.R. Easwari is already very popular. It has Vikram and Chaya Singh doing a fast dance number. Are we going to see another ‘Manmadha Rasa’ wave?
