What is Contribution? It means doing some thing that has never been done before. Or playing a significant role. In Thamizh, the word that comes to mind is "puratchi."
I believe every aspect of our great Isai Gnani has been explored in this forum except for a particular genre of songs. In this particular kind of songs, Ilayaraja is the mudisoodaa mannan. No one from MSV, KVM, ARR can touch Ilayaraja in this matter.
Okay, enough of this, let me get to the matter at hand. I urge all Fans, Fanatics, Dissenters and everyone else to contribute to this thread. Let me do the Pillayar Suzhi:
1. Nethu rathiri yemma (ursurpassed description of what happened)
2. Nilaa kaayuthu (who would have thought that munungals can be put to tune)
3. Antha nilavathaan naa kaiyule pudichen (by the master himself)
4. Eduthu vach paalum virichu vacha paayum (if music can be sexy, this is it)
5. Maaman oru naal malliyapoo koduthaan (innocent but deadly)
6. Orampo orampo rukkumani vandi varuthu (no doublespeak here - every thing is direct)
7. Raathiriyil poothirukkum (what a romatic song!)
8. Vaada vaattuthu (yet another masterpiece by the master himself)

Is this place an Ilayaraja bajanai madam or what? First, what a stupid listing. Half of the songs talk about narrating a situation, which I believe is done by the lyricist, and not the MD.

Lyricist or no lyricist, no MD has ever done, or doing or can do in the future, any thing like this.

Can't you see the real objective behind this thread started by Gowri (or whatever the real name is)? The 'gElI'/sarcasm is quite apparent. It is actually indirect IR-bashing!!! See the thread's topic once again!
The person who responded first 46767689 misunderstood it to be yet another HCIR fan's listing and others followed suit!

This thread prcisely brings out the polarity of IR's musical mind-the brain which composed nilakayudhu,also did janani janani, mari mari ninne, kamalam padha kamalam....That is secret of his success-he just forgets what he has done and carries on.It is the likes of gowri who still keep their minds fixted over non issues.

I got that from a software Whois-IP which can be downloaded free from the net. Otherwise, u can check it out at certain websites such as http://www.name-space.com/search/ by searching on the ip address, tho i find these sites less reliable sometimes. U can tell when it's fake, cos it gives u funny info or no info at all instead of proper addresses of the ISP like in legitimate cases, tho i'm not an expert in this.
yaaro, next time u get all curious about multi-avatars, u can verify before accusing. does tat sound like a good deal? :-)
