A request to amateur composers who visit this page

I'd like to request amateur composers who visit this page to tell me if they've uploaded any of their work onto the internet and if they have, please tell me where I can listen to it. Thank You.

  I am back in pittsburgh
  
  This album consists of 6 Bharathi songs. 2 by Spb, 1 by Srinee, 1 by sujatha, 1 by Rajag and 1 by Harish ragavendra.
  
  
  Thanks to newtfmpage admin for putting about the album, , hindu also covered it well, i had also press conference with other top magazines and tv channels. AIR has already broadcast my interview in fm1 and chennai 1 stations.

  I did not read srik's post in this thread and when i saw 20th Hindu(i think) in the second page there was a news about one USA Srikanth's music album release by MSV. It even said that MSV was bit critical(?) on westernisation of Bharathi's songs but had all the praise for this new gifted composer srikkanth. It said the songs were sung by SPB and other knows and USA Raja. I thougth it might by our sriks when i say that the album was produced by RJAY Productions then I was confirmed. It was so great to feel that moment, I was excited and told my cousing that i know this guy srikkanth whom MSV has praised. That time I believed (50%) that USA Raja "might be" our rajaG. It seems it turned out to be correct.
  
  It was so great...Immediately I thought I should post it in our forum. But totally forgot. Now suddenly I remembered it and decided that this thread would be the ideal place to post and found that I am too late. I am sorry to join late with others in congratulating you two.

  We have a saying that! Water becomes sacred ( theertham ) if it flows from Sankham ( Shell ) -> Srikanth's work is presented thru good performers ( including himself ) and recording and I am glad about this...
  
  When srikanth becomes available to answer questions then I will ask few like...
  - Did he attempt to show Bhoopalam vs. Mohana:-))
  - Second Score in trailor - Rhythm pattern???
  
  Srikanth is one another favourite musician to me.

  srikanth: couldn't form any opinion on the songs from the samples except kAkkay chiRaginilE - this i know is going to be really good; the melody flows without break and fits very well with the lyrics; can't wait to listen to this song in full.

  Uv/Arul:Since copyrights have been sold to Kriya, we have certain restrictions on "free" minutes, if you see almost all the song bits have same amount of time. I will do what ever i can. It will be on sale in few days now here in the US.

  i too like nalldhOr vINai cheydhE but i was totally turned off by his 's'olladi 's'iva 's'akthi ... yuck. all other seems to do the job quite well (chinnanchiRu kiLiyE, chAyththu vidu, chiRaginilE, ...)

  srikanth: it doesn't make a difference; it's just that such words don't exist in tamizh. (to put it in another way, it is like calling rangA rAngA).
  
  the question i have for you is this: would you volutarily (or ignorantly) put in a "wrong" chord in a progression? i just wish you do the same when it comes to words/pronunciation especially if you want to set to tunes songs composed by the people of the likes of bhArathi.
  
  we all make a big fuss about how sAdhana sargam, udit nArayaNan and (the traitor :-) ) hariharan kill beautiful songs with their mispronunciations. we retain the right to do so only if we make an attempt to correct our mistakes.

  aruL, Even though I do think that you are trying to be a big show off, I do not understand how the pronunciation of the word siva is wrong. So you think it should be chiva? Or it should be shiva? because siva is a sanskrit word. How would you sing the lines
  solla vantha nEraththil pollaadha naaNam En...
  (cholla vantha..?)
  or 'ennadi meenaatchi? sonnadhu ennachu'
  (chonnadhu ennaachu??)

  Also let me know on what basis you say words like 'sol' 'siva' are not there in tamil!
  On the contrary chol, chiva looks yucky to me.
