This thread is to bring to people's notice good non-IR songs that came out in the "golden period" of IR, when his brilliance pretty much overshadowed everything else. (Ramki ippa thiruppthiyA? :-)

Thanks Vijay for clarifying.'Mazhai tharumo' is from 'Manitharil ithanai nirangalaa'. This movie had 'Ponne boomiyadi' also.
