TFM has a good list of songs with comic lyrics.These songs had good pun,good music and gelled well with the sequence in the movie.

I think this genere of songs have become a rarity since 1980s.

  SJ sang the Nejathai killathey song for an actor by name Manohar (of Azhiyatha kolangal fame) and not vennira adai murthy.
  
  But how humerous is Oram po? It was a song by a typical villager ,occasional english words..
  
  "Thallumadal vandi ethu " from mazhalai pattalam has good lyrics.Thillu mullu title song too.
  
  There was a song from "Pennukku yaar kaval".SPB had done agood number for Suruli Rajan in Ramesh Naidu/Shyam 's music.It was a typical Suruli song.

  As OISG says Orampo cannot be termed as comedy song.
  
  Enna paattu paada also cannot be termed as comedy as it is a simple life song by a cart driver.
  
  aasai kiLiyae araikkilo puLiyae is a mock-at song cannot be termed as comedy, just like vaadi aen gappakizhangae.
  
  Raja kayya vachcha is typical hero introduction jolly mood song.

  Sundari neeyum and maadaththilae are duets, not of normal language but a dielect duet thats all. Whereas aduththaathu ambujaththa and to some extent kaettaLa angae are comical, esp aduththatthu, coz picturization, scene(requirement) lyrics as well as music are comical. This cannot be termed for sundari neeyum and maadaththilae.

  when talking about suruLi, lots of his songs are comedy songs. One such song is konjam odhungu naan thaniyaaga paesanum o(u)nnoda; chinna chittu vaadi sogam aLLi konjam thaadi FROM Vasantha KalangaL(?) SuruLi's last movie(?). The famous Hitler Umanaath kadha kaalakshepam song by suruLi is another example of comedy song.
  
  ANNae aNNae karuppaNNae kaadha konjam thiRuppannae FROM Aandaan adimai is also a comedy song (IMHO).

  Regd the comment "think this genere of songs have become a rarity since 1980s ". I would like to say that the rarity was there since late 80s only. Since late 80s comedy movies themselves became rare and even in those movies having comedy songs became very rare.
  
  The present comedy songs like kasumaela, annae annae karuppannae, alangatti mala etc pale when they are compared to their counter parts of early 80s and before, and especially of 60s and 70s, IMHO.
