AR Rahman has produced many songs for numerous movies. In some of these movies, all the songs are brilliant. Whereas other movies may only have 1 or 2 good songs. Which movie album by AR Rahman has the best songs? My top 10 (in no particular order would be):-

Indian (I think all the songs from this film are
excellent but I find it difficult to

I wouldn't add Muthu in the list, instead Puthiya Mannarkal maybe.......

In my view Best BGM ARR did until now was in Kannathil Muthamital(specially those last scenes)

'Vidai Kodu Enkal Naade' is the song i listened most of any of his songs. Beautifulll music+singing+lyrics.

the best of ARR to date is 'DUET' with
VM's superb 'tamil' lyrics, SPB's best work for ARR.
also one of the best is INDIRA

I think listing his "Sumar" albums should be easy as there will be few.

I dont think Indian was such an exceptional ambum from ARR to make it to his top 10. Other than Telephone Mani Pol and Pachai Kiligal , the album was not the ARR's best ever.

Do you guys see ARRs best album dates back to 2000. After that he has given all junks. KD was original failure album. He cannot go back recycling other westerner's tune to be successful again. Deva and VS already followed ARRs traits to steal Westerners tune. ARR should get MSVs old tune to survive in TN. I wish him all the best to give a successful album in 2003.

While people can't even agree on the worst albums of ARR, let us now check out the best albums of IR.

Wait a minute. There is hardly an album worth mentioning doen by IR in the last 10 years.
Maybe a few songs here and there, but definitely not ONE single album.

Poor IR fans. No wonder they keep vommitting abuse in ARR's threads.

i dont know 2 wht religion,cast or creed u belong 2, ofcourse i appreciate the affection u have towards A R RAHMAN, but ur going beyond calling him as god etc...which is very unnatural & not acceptable , ofcourse we all want the music genius 2 suceed even higher, but there r also ppl talented in the class of arr ,atleast if not in india....outside am sure there r.....and more over NO ONE IS A SLAVE OF ANOTHER......if u show this msg 2 ARR , he ll bash on u and feel ashamed 2 c a msg like this,coz he knows 2 appreciate the music of other gr8 musicians and we his fans should also no that......as ARE YAAR pointed its coz of the music fans each of their fav MD 's is diagraced...i hope u understand wht am writing...surely not 2 scold u or something ,just 2 make u understand we should respect all people created by GOD..and NO ONE IS A SLAVE OF ANOTHER...we r all GODS SLAVES....
