  Hi. Could you guys help with the name of the composer (though I think most, if not all, of these songs are Ilayaraja's) and the name of the film for the following songs? Thanks in advance.

  I think Ramki is right about DC and SJ. I have the song and it doesn't sound like BSS's voice at all (at least, what I remember of her voice from Rajaparvai's Vizhiyorathu Kanavaum...). So the MD is Shyam!!! I thought the composition was so much like IR's...
  
  The song I think goes like: Ananda Daagam Un Koondal Pookal Theerkume Naanam Pokkume

  ARavind Im 100%(u can say 200% too:)) sure that 'aanandha dhaagam'is by Deepan chakravarthy and SJanaki

  Ramki: antha padathula Chiranjeevi comes as a naxalite.. telungu padathula that doesn't imm. mean that he is a villian. He rationalizes his decision to become a naxalite a la MGR in ninaithathai mudippavan. :-). He even has duets with his wife if I remember correctly.. also the attire of various characters leads one to suspect that it might have been a dubbing film.

  Ramki, you are not asking about the "Arasiyal" song right? Just in case you are, here is the answer:
  
  "Vaaraai Yenn Thozhiyey, Kulam Vaazhavey, Nadai Pottuvaa" sung by Shobha Mutkal( a north Indian gazal singer, I think and she sounds very differently nice ), Harini( the main singer ) and chorus by Sujatha & Swarnalatha. So there is actually four female singers in that song and of course, SPB Charan sings for the male portion.
