who is this harish raghavendra who has sung "nirpadhuvae nadappathuvae" in bharathi and "azhagiya theeyae" in minnale.?
unable to find info on the singers database??

  I saw his interview in programme "jolly junction" on sun tv this morning. he spoke fluently and relevantly and also sang lots of his forthcoming songs from films like "samurai","aee nee rombo azhagu irukkae","Sree","youth" and so on.

  why is this thread calls harish raghavendra as a new singer.He has so many hits under his belt now and he is established singer and no longer a new stuff.I love his song "vasantha sena " from the film "Sree" and "sarkarai Nilaave" from My favorite hero Vijays film Youth.

  I did listen to his song "minsaaram enmeedhu" from "RUN" and "Sakkarai Nilavae" from Vijay's film "Youth". Both these songs are really especially the solo songs "Sakkarai Nilavae" are really superb!

  I happened to meet this guy in the premiere show of "SAMURAI".He is a well behaved and well mannered guy and treats his fans with respect. When i approached him with an autograph book,he managed to borrow a pen from someone and gave me an autograph with a smiling face.i just love his "Aagaaya Sooriyanai" from Samurai film.

  i also like his songs and voice very much, but i don´t believe that he is just 24 years old. i think some of his fan make him younger than he actually is and good looking? Come on.looking at singers.Unnikrishnan doesn´t look bad but harish? I like him as a singer but as a hero.i don´t know.

  Actually handsome or not handsome is not an issue. It depends on the individual. The main point is he is a talented singer and also good-looking guy. Further more age dose not play any role to be talented or good looking.I understand, he even got a chance to act in the movie and he refuse. I think he could also do better if he act as a hero, his plus point is his own voice and natural look,he is capable. The only thing is whether he wishes to or not.

  don´t mistake me. I was jsut wondering becauce you all were talking of good looking about a singer. Natural or friendly look is onething and good looking is the other one i think. Anyway i also appreciate his talent and his gift by god(voice) very much. I also got to know about the chance in movie, but it must not be a hereo role. See yukenthiran is also acting but as a bad character, so i don´t know. And i wanted to say that i just can´t imagine from how he look like that he is just 24 like some of his fans told.

  Bad character or good character is depend on the face also, I don’t think Harish Raghavendra face is suit for bad character.   i don´t say that he looks like a bad charactor...he seems to be very kind and decent! And there are lots of funny looking guys in our cinema as hereo, but they are also funny...but i can´t really imagine harish as an hereo...i think he looks very "homely?" for an hereo...i hope you got me...but anyway he is not an hereo but a singer!!   Just wondering, by any chance, is the hero of the new Kannada movie 'Prema Kaidi' (Hope I got it right) brother of singer Harish Raghavendra? His name is Vijay Raghavendra and sort of looks like him too! I think he has acted in another Kannada movie too...think it was called Ninagagi or something like that.

  Well, after seeing the above posts, I think this is getting to be more of a Harish as a person thread than his music..:)
  Anyways, he is probably the best among the new lot. I love his Agaya Sooriyanai and Hey Nee song..but then my fave is Vasantha sena. I listen to that song atleast once everyday..hav been doing it forthe last 2 months..cant help falling in love with this amazing song !!!

  Hey i am a big time fan of harish raghavendra.He used to be my senior in college.
  His latest songs are "sakkarai Nilave" from Youth,"vasantha sena" from "sree","yamini yamini" from "a nee rombo alagaaga irukkiraai","aagaaya sooriyanai" from "samurai" and so on.
  He is a good person but reserved at times as far as i have noticed from him.He is the only guy , iheard who can read and write tamil in the whole lot of tamil film singers( i think sukhwindera singh and udit could do better he he).
  I am so happy to see one of my college mates become a celebrity.
