Rajini's next movie, Baba: Who's MD?

I heard on a brief Sun News last night that Rajini has announced his next movie after 3 years, to be titled "Baba". I missed out the details though.
Does anyone know who the MD is?

  Does the picture emerge clearly now on who's being insecure here? I'm not 'thinking' it's insecurity. I am realizing it's insecurity.
  
  And which post of mine gave u the idea i was posting from Malaysia? There was a post where I mentioned Malaysia. But that gave u the idea I was posting from Malaysia, eventhough if you read it clearly, it's obvious I am not in Malaysia. You know why? Because YOU do not bother to read my posts clearly. So you jump to conclusions and talk about ignorance and emptiness. This is a plain giveaway at your own lack of comprehension. Maybe you should spend more time trying to understand what others are saying, before you try to understand, let alone speak the 'truth'.

  I admit I have mocked IR Fans, especially HCIRFs before.

  Talk about HYPOCRISY.
  
  While my genuine comment that IR may be good for this film gets torn and tattered by suspicious and insecure HCIRFs, they add insults to ARR and then comment so superiorly that I should learn to be less biased, and comment with more maturity.

  mm..........to me, harris jayaraj will not be a chioce for rajni coz MD needs to be more matured from rajni's view point. ARR, Deva, IRR w'd be my chioce. i think ARR w'd accept rajni's offer despite of his busy schedule due to the fact that the movie and the songs are going to reach all over which is not happening for ARR in recent times even though his music was good. he will prove again and again with whomever he works with. and rajni movie is really like a golden oppurtunity for him. coming to IRR, i feel personally that he is more versatile thaan ARR. if ARR does it for rajni, IRR w'd do it pretty easily coz he had seen many kinds. this is not to say that ARR is below par. nowadays, rajni prefers aggressiveness in his songs rather melodies. that might be the prime reason for him going to ARR.
  hats off to his numbers like.....penmane sangeetham paadivaa....(naan sikappu manithan)!, kaadhalin theepam onru( thambiku yentha ooru)...goes on! which is ultimately created by raaja......and i think tat period is over for rajni. he is more now into projecting himself as a leader which needs some agressive stuff for which ARR might be preffered. other thaan that i dont HJ in this list!

  Now that Suresh Krissna has gone to Mumbai to sign(or rather persuade to sign) A.R.Rahman for this film, its obvious that Rahman is the first choice MD for the film. Now the million dollar question is whether Rahman will accept this offer or not, because of his highly busy schedules this year. (He is currently working on close to 20 projects.)
  First let us wait for Rahman's response, let's see whether Rahman will say 'yes' or not.
  If only Rahman refuses will we have to speculate on other MDs.
  If not Rahman, then I think Rajni should go for Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Deva or Karthik Raja in that order.
  HJ might be a good choice. I'm not sure. Coz he hasnt done anything so far other than youthful peppy songs. So, it would be a huge risk to sign and experiment with HJ.

  I too agree with the synchs - "malaysia for IR" and "Deva is best for Rajni"(at present).
  
  If Rajni thinks otherway around then probably ARR or YSR or IR might become MD but HJ i'm not sure and i'll be the first to protest thalaivar if he dares to chose the "single tune sivaranjani"(sorry for being harsh).

  how, my posting was a catalyst for you to post other things? i thought me tried to be a (0.001*WhyNot) on a WhyNot's posting thats all. That was neither a defend nor an attack on any MD. Ok leave it, btw the bold i had made now is nothing to do with spelling or grammar mistakes if any(i'll be least bothered about these as u may find many many such instances in mine also and i dont want to be a kettle)

  IR's HC fans do it once again.
  The clear inference from " If Rajini is not money minded ..." is that IR's music does not sell now a days.Kadavule!Kadavule!Evargalidamiruthu IR i Kaapatru.
  
  If Rajini is real money minded he should choose Shankar-Ganesh/Chandrabose for these have men have 2 similarities
  1.They have scored for Rajini hit movies
  2.They do not have any offers on hand.They would be willing to do the movie even paying Rajini.
  
  If SAR is chosen i request the Rajini fans to emulate( read immolate!) Kazhaga thondargal!Sorry joking ..I cant imagine Rajini singing another version of "Anandam Aanndam" or" " or" "or " "or " ".or" " or" "or " "or " ".or" " or" "or " "or " "or" " or" "or " "or " ".

  People who can think of IR and ARR, it shows how music can be appreciated by the various masses.

  MD is Arr or Deva.
  If Arr rejects,rajni's next choice would be Deva.
  The first choice definetly will be Arr.
  I heard Rajni personally phoned arr for Padaiyappa.

  Kupps, ur post questioned my sincerity or genuine-ness of my comments. So u cast a doubt on whether I was really innocent when I said IR wud be good for a true-life stories. That's all.

  I was referring to the reputation/image kupps’ created for himself cos somebody called him ‘sweet and innocent’. Poor me:-( My innocent statement has been (mis)interpreted and (mis)understood (as always!) and this is not bcos of the reputation/image I have got thru my postings. Going by a certain psycho-logic here, I am to understand that it is bcos of the insecurity in the mind of the HCF. I think I got it!
  
  Plus, I realize that I am ‘not’ one of those privileged few here who can be smart and have a certain sense of humour ('supposedly', in good taste and in good spirit). There is no point in jotting down psychology points (another thread!) if they cannot be put to good use (refrain from or indulge in – as is applicable, for good). I did not know that dfers who have been here long enuf should not act (more) responsibly (I actually thought 2 yrs. or more to be long enuf. But, some may ask, “is it written anywhere?”:))
  
  Also note that all the above is a result of misinterpretation of a dfer in a certain post earlier...(never realized it was so easy to shed responsibility:-))
  
  Irrespective of who is going to dogs, I hope there has been no sarcasm, disrespect and utter contempt in my posting…I mean towards any MD and his music, bcos I’m sure I don’t comment on HCFs (and not the other way round:)).
  
  I think I am forgetting something…oh yes! NOM. IM(V)HO or maybe I will not say that…
  
  anyway, after all, its ‘not a big deal’ :-) (hope sabesan (eden?) would agree with this)
  
  Meanwhile, coming back to the thread, while you all discuss who could be the MD for Baba…
