any idea who is the MD for the movie? is it IR? nasser brags that the movie is a musical, but never did mention the MD...

  Granted, it will be a great story and with ARR making the music, it will be a commercial success, but doesn't sentiment have any role here?

  Well, there might be possibilitites that IR does not want to do music on his own biography movie. His situation is understandable, writing autobiography and composing for a film about your life is 2 different thing, the latter is harder of course, and pardon me if i am wrong, i think nobody has done that b4.
  
  btw, though i am a great fan of mohanlal, but why choose mohanlal to depict IR? he is good actor, but physical resemblance is far from IR. i think a better choice would be shayaji shinde or nana patekar, or even kamal hassan, after donning his famous make up tricks...

  Just a reference - "Being John Malkovich" a movie was acted by John Malkovich (which is sort of his own biography). My gut feeling IR could do Music for his Biography and who else knows the inner feelings better than the person himself.
  
  At the same it would be really interesting to see another person score the music for a living legend.

  Deva would be right person to do music for IR's biography. He could imitate the inimitale iLaiyaraaja so easily..
  
  If I were to make a movie about life history of Andrew Lyod Webber, I would approach Deva rather than ALW himself.. ;)
