Songs beginning with REPETITIVE words.....

Hi all,I am starting this thread to make a list of Tamil film songs which start with repetitive words,.....I don't know why, but this seems to be the IN THING with lyricists of today.....Let's see...some of the latsest songs of that type:

  Please view all ARR-VM combo songs. Most of the songs having first two words same. I think ARR-VR feels that it is luck and continuing the same.

  A huge majority of ARR's songs will have repetitive words (or word groups) in the beginning. I don't think any other music composer in the world equals this phenomenon (correct me if i'm wrong).
  
  It's a hangover from his advertising days, where repetition in jingles is standard given its proven potential to subliminally influence audience attention. That also explains why even his inane songs (all IMHO only!!) like "oorvashi/ shakalakka/ smiyai.."are such huge hits with kids. To me, it appears that these are very well targeted towards immediate attention but short retention spans, after which the recall fade-out is much faster. Viewed from a product marketing viewpoint, this seems a very deliberate and calculated ploy.
  
  To illustrate, take the 2 latest ARR releases
  In "Alaipaayuthe", almost all songs except the title track (which is not an original lyrical composition) have a repetitive start..
  1 snehidane snehidane
  2 pachai nirame pachai nirame
  3 september maadham september maadham
  
  In KKKK, all except "sandhana thendralai" and "kannamoochi"
  1 kandukonden kandukonden
  2 konjum mainakkale konjum mainakkale
  3 smiyai yai
  
  I find this a major irritant in ARR's style, and am biased towards those rare songs out of this format
  (ex: "kaiyil midhakkum - ratchagan", "nila kaigiradhu - indira", "pudhu vellai - roja" .....)

  Suresh..then how come we recall all these songs even now...going by the list everybody is givig here...so the point is that ARR uses these hooks to get your attention into the song...then he uses his brilliance in the interiors to give you an experience that you can recall whenever you want to....
  
  Now since an extensive list of ARR has already been given..I just want to add 2 numbers of IR that I recalled now :
  
  1) Senthoora poove...Senthoora poove...

  cosmician ..dont take whatever suresh says easily..He is a seasoned DFer with lots of time spent analysing (not just discussing) stuff. You need to do more than come up with just 2 examples from IR..Actually, you are looking in the wrong place. You should be looking at all ARR albums/songs more closely.
