This song is from Vaazhayadi Vaazhai, a KS Gopalakrishnan movie. Muthuraman acted with G. Varaletchumi in this movie, with music by Kunnakudi Vaithyanathan. This particular song sends shivers up my spine. :)

This song is from Oru Oothaappoo Kan Simittigirathu, sung by KJ Jesudass and acted by Vijayakumar, Kamalhassan & Sujatha. If I am not wrong, the music is by Dakshanamurthy.
The movie is based on a real life story of a man who goes to jail to save his girlfriend from a rapist. When he returns from jail, he finds out that his girlfriend is married to his boss!

My final song for the day is lip-synched by none other than the greatest poet ever, Kannathasan! TMS offers his voice for this thathuva paadal in Sooriyagandhi. Muthuraman and Jayalalitha acted in this movie as a working married couple, but where the wife earns more than the husband! The displeasure of the husband is nicely reflected in this song.

Selvam was in 60s.Please check it out.
Suryakanthi all the songs had great lyrics.Manorama s "Thriyatho" a light hearted song about lovers and "Nanendral" by SPB+Jayalaitha is very good.
Thangapadhakkam s "Sumai thangi sainthal" had good lyrics and sung well by TMS.If you take this as the situation there are 4 songs - é by valee and é by kannadasan.but all the 4 had fantastic lyrics.
