  It is not fair to say like this. I guess every one has the freedom to post a thread like this, unless otherwise restricted by the terms and coditions of newtfmpage.com.
  
  I have recently noticed that there are incresed number of such postings like 'do not do this, or do not post like this' which really cut-shorts the enthu of new posters (how do I call the one who is posting.. just kidding).
  
  It has been a cancer in our Tamil Society to always poke into others freedom and rights by telling them what we want them to do.
  
  Again, do not do this until you are sure that newtfmpage's terms doesn't allow this.

  I agree with you. It's upto the admin to decide what is allowed and what is not. I have seen seperate threads for baba, rajah, kannathil muthamittal etc.. so why not this?

  By saying do not post "do not post this message", are you not contradicting yourself? I mean wont that guy will feel bad that someone said "do not do this" to him? You are telling dat guy what not to do.. and which is exactly your complain.

  I am just defending the FREEDOM. I would have done the same thing if Venky did that to you.
  
  Apparently there are two kinds of people.
  
  For example, if someone asks me about which actor I like the most, and if I reply Rajini, then a normal person will broadcast that 'Loosu likes Rajini'. But LADENS will say that 'Loosu doesn't like Kamal'.
  
  Find out in which category you are in.
  
  Try to understand. And try to give respect to FREEDOM.

  I haven't got the album yet (hopefully today evening :-), But My brother called me just now and told me that all songs (except 'vidinja kalyaaNam') are pretty good, He was so excited that he started broadcasting the SPB song over STD :-)

  I have a small music shop near my house (Banashankari III Stage), who gets the tamil albums really fast (90% of the albums reach there the very next day after release), He has promised me to get Kathal Samrajyam today evening (Insha Allah !)

  I don't know the complete list - But there is one song by Shankar Mahadevan (Tamil version of his song in 'Seshu' telugu movie), One duet for Balram, Gopika Purnima, Three Solo songs by Yuvan (theme music ?), Pavithra and Chitra Sivaraman, One Song by SPB and Harini (Not Sure !), One by Karthik ... don't know what I missed out :-/

  My 'friendly' music shop owner vaazhga, I got the cassette last night :-)
  
  As MusicMouse Says, Songs 2, 5 and 6 are very good - especially 'iru kaNkaL sollum kaathal sethi' is a wonderful melody ! Songs 3 and 7 are fast numbers, Needs more listenings to comment on them, "Thozhi Thozha" is a sogappaattu where (IMO) YSR failed ... That song looks more like a careless composition :-(
  
  One more -ve thing is lyrics - they are not bad defenitely, But could've been better !

  Comment on lyrics:
  
  Lyrics is defenitely bad and minus point to the album. Words doesn't match the tune at many places.
  
  For instance, in the song Bombay City,
  there is a line
  "naan nadandhu pona oorgolam.."
  "thirumbi paarthaa maanadu.."
  "naanae pona surrender aanav veerappan.."
  The tune bearing these line are excellent, but the output (tune+words) was not that good.
  These lines if sung, it will be good
  but if hummed, will be very good.
  
  A bad tune cannot be improved by good lyrics.
  A good tune can be spoiled by bad lyrics.
  
  I refer bad lyrics to the words that interrupt the flow of the tune.
  
  The lyric writer is Agathiyan, the director himself.
  
  This would have been a better album if the lyrics were written by someone proffessional lyricist.

  I fully agree to you,
  
  Agathiyan's - not so good - lyrics make some good YSR numbers sound like telugu dubbing film songs :-)
  
  Surprisingly, Agathiyan did a decent job as lyricst in his earlier movies (Kaathal Kottai, Kaathal Kavithai, Vidukathai, Gokulaththil Seethai etc.,)

  Some more abt. the songs,
  
  1. 'Vidinjaakkaa KalyaaNam' is a very novel attempt by YSR - excellent song !
  
  2. This guy Balaram knows Tamil or not ? He was perfect in his two earlier songs, This time he fails to pronounce even simple words like 'naNpan' ... Why ? Except for this kuRai, 'Iru kaNkaL' is the best song in this album !
  
  3. As KalaivaNan pointed, 'Bombay City' is also a nice song, Spoilt totally by the lyrics ... Pavithra is the (new ?) singer used for this song - is she the daughter of Malyasia vasudevan (Guess purely based on name and the fact that her brother is one of the heros in this movie :-)
  
  4. 'Mullaippoo' is another lovely number, beautified by SPB Charan's voice !!!
  
  5. Even after repetitive listenings, I don't want to change my opinion about 'Thozhaa, thozhi' song, Totally irritating :-( ... YSR disappoints me heavily for the first time :-(
  
  6. Overall - its a good effort by YSR, 4 out of 7 songs are very good !
  
  7. 'BaBa' Alaiyila intha cassette sumaaraavaavathu viRkaNum-nnu ellaam valla iRaivanaip piraarththippoom !!!!!
