  like it matters who the heroine is.the only time the heroine had n e thing to do in a rajini movie was padaiyappa.only reason that movie was good was cuz of ramya krishnan's role.the heroines always get put down in rajini's movies his stupid lil advice on how a ponnu should be.he sounds quite sexist to me.

  It's not that he's sexist - just that in recent times, his heroines are 20 yrs younger to him, so surely he has to call the shots. Also some of his dialogs were supposed to be directed towards JJ and his political enemies - so its always been thumbs down for women in his movies

  Rajini should start making roles like Amitabh. I don't think we can sit and see him dancing with heroines and flirting with them who are literally of his daughter's age. He should realise that and so should the hardcore fans. If we are expecting him to make a movie, he should be in a fatherly role for Madhavan, tarun or any of the next generation guys.
