  Kamal is not a non-controversial character : He has had problems of arrogance, interference etc with Sethu Madhavan, Bharathan, Shankar etc.

  Hey this is nothing new with kamal!! He is an opportunist to the core!! He extracted the best out of Ilayaraaja and his movies had the best
  songs!! In general, kamal has not earned a real good name in the industry, thanks to his style and nature!! He used to endorse the sayings of politicians who are in the regime, no matter what his stand was in the past, to get things done!! A master tactician, in that!! A real jaanku jakku person!!
