Why no(less !!) female participation in newtfmpage DF?

Guys,
I am a silent watcher of DF for quite sometime. I have always wondered why there is not much female participation is discussions in this internet world.Any idea? Does they lack knowledge about TFM in general? No girl has sound technical knowledge about music? Or they hide behind a guys name and post?

  Paran: I take it that you are a fan of Uma Thurman :). I heard that Kill Bill is a good movie, its bloody and violent, but heard it was entertaining. Its been out for 2 weeks almost I think. I want to watch "scary movie 3" & up coming movie "gothika"... its seems like a good movie.. insane, but good.
  
  I havent seen Avengers, what kinda movie is that? I mean, is it sci-fi, action... etc?

  The Avenger is actually 80's serial something like CHarlie's Angels, The Saint stuff...so they remade it in 1999..as The Avengers...with Sean COnnery, Ralph Fiennes and Uma Thurman(as Ms. Peel).....
  yea i'm a die hard fan of her since The Batman and Robin..man the Poison Ivy really had me since then...

  Haha, I think Poison Ivy was one of the best female villiani??? I've seen on tv. Her attire was awesome. I've always wanted to be poison ivy for halloween, but halloween comes, and I forget, and repeate "i always wanted to be poison ivy for halloween". Its a never ending saga

  it seems..when a child was told abd Halloween concept she woudl go like this
  CHild : " Who's giving out candies? I'm sorry i didn't hear what u said? EVERYONE we know just giving away the candies?"
  Parents : "ooh yea"

  Halloween is a strange ... whats the word, "tradition". I didnt know half the stuff till I came to USA. Bah.

  unga kozhappa movie discussion padichaa onnum velanga maatenguthu. I see LLD also missing from all this discussion today. that adds to more confusion.
  
  anyway, whatever be the character that I play.. i want the following things...
  
  a) the character has a split personality (could be 2-way, 3-way or even a 4-way split). simran and sonali bendre play heroines for 2 of those characters (rendum naane thaane ).
  
  
  b) paran ketta maathiri trisha duet avarukke koduthudunga. I need a duet with simran, an emotional scene in jail when sonali bendre comes to meet me ( like the kamal-suganya scene in mahanadhi :-) hehe..)
  
  c) being g matric fanatic, oru Matrix Keanu Reeves style stunt with some of those typical philosophical dialogues.
  
  I'll keep you updated if I think of more.. Oru periya split personality murder thriller story vechi irukken,. ungala vechi antha kathaya naan yeduthu vittenaa...aadi poiduveenga. "The Ring", "Kill Bill" would look like kids movie when compared to my story.

  Oru beautiful village....nalla scenic locations,kids with komanam,girls bathing in ponds,men 'kunthing' in vayal velis(!),lots of veppam kuchis etc etc
  
  Saravanan,OISG and Kupps are the Panchayat Thalaivars of this pretty dumb village
  
  In this dumb village lives a rich galij family! .... Interpreter is the head of the family...but since he is pretty old, he is always busy coughing away sitting in an easy chair...never speaks...only growls like Vikram in PM and that signifies an important family decision!
  
  he has 5 children....LLD,Prabhu,Maverick,Paran and Curryleaf...LLD is the PeiyaAnna and his decisions usually hold in the family barring a growling interruption from his dad - Interpreter...LLD is married to Subha and has a son C~P who is studying at newtfmpage in Chennai!...Prabhu and Maverick are married to Simran and Meena respectively....Magix is the son of Prabhu and Nisha, the daughter of Maverick...Paran will soon get married, but he is unfairly and one sidedly sighting Trisha! ... Curryleaf is a typical thangaaaachi...wearing pavadai-dhaavani, sitting and studying, she is made fun of occasioanlly by the members of the family just to ensure that still has a role! ... she speaks only one dialogue 'ponga anna, enna kindal pannatheenga'!

  CONTINUED.......
  
  LLD always roams about with a vethalai paetti and a pattu veshti and no one in the family dares to ask him what he is upto! ... Prabhu works in the Telephones Department ... he is a dictator(!) who gives the department the names and phone numbers of the people, before a new update is made to the Telephone Directory! .... Maverick,as the name suggests is a 'peter' party who always believes in status and he sends his daughter to Canada for education....she's a pretty funny character...goes around making lotsa spelling mistakes as she speaks!! ... Paran, well hes waiting for a Microsoft Certification and hoping that will impress Trisha! ... Subha is a very short tempered person ... she shouts at people a lot .... its actually obvious that deaf ppl spk at a higher tone generally! ... yup she is deaf! ... Simran and Meena are just there to help their husband like carry a sombu to thuppify paakku etc...nothing great that needs mention!
  
  Magix is a typical galij boy....refusing to brush teeth,take bath and playing gilli,thoppul bambaram etc with his friends...he never goes to any school but is the chella pillai of this galij family!
  
  Outsider has just no role in the story....he is a goorka who stands like a VGP Man outside the house...a dircetorial touch to show that nobody can do anything to this great family!!
  
  Ferrari is the Villain of the movie....he owns a toy cat, a black one which he always pats...always sits in a dark room and does not show people his face....not that he doesnt want to, but a 'kazhuthu sulukku' has made him like that! ... Ferrari, like any other villain, has a big gaand on the rich and galij family .... he believes that his original cat was killed by Magix and is looking for revenge ... he otharifies and thaandufies thundu to signify that he is looking for revenge!
  
  V, owns a small thallu vandi stall and supplies bajji,bonda etc as side dishes to ppl in mabbu .... It is actually V, that killed Ferrari's cat by feeding it with his bonda! ... but Ferrari doesnt know this and in order to win in his sabatham calls V and asks him to give a poisoned Bajji to Magix ... V is pretty happy coz he can save on the amt given by Ferrari to buy poison, his bajjis have that effect neway! ... So he goes and lures Magix into buying his Bajji ... at this very moment Extra Sensory Perception comes into play and Interpreter coughs!!! .... this warns Magix and he knows something bad is goin to happen ... so tests the Bajji(a small portion) on his dog and it dies .... then he gives a typical graamathu cry "Appaaaa...Naaiii Saethu Poachuuuuuppa,Naaiiii Saethu Poachuuuuu" .... Prabhu comes running and looking at the Bajji, he determines the date and time of manufacture/expiry and screams "B.C-a? ... ithu Jesus kaalathu Bajji, mueseum-la irukkanum" .... very happy that the dog died and now he has a bajji that he can take to the mueseum, he goes and shows the Bajji to his family members ... Maverick remains uninterested as it is just a Bajji and not a Pizza! ... LLD sniffs the Bajji and tries to eat it but Prabhu quickly takes it away and puts is in a safe place
  
  Ferrari gets to know abt all this .... told by someone who was overhearing all the conversations obviously! coz such conversations in films are compulsarily held in a space where half the village can listen to it! .... so Ferrari decides to get the Bajji from Prabhu, when Prabhu and LLD take the Bhajji to the Museum....anticipating this Prabhu goes to the Panchayat Thalaivars and asks for protection...the three of em decide to go along with Prabhu and LLD to take to the museum...On the way,as expected, come Ferrari and his men...NO FIGHTS screams LLD and hides behind the 'maadu' of the maattu vandi....Saravana,OISG,Kupps and Prabhu decide to settle the issue by talks alone....so everybody goes to a AalaMaram nearby and a small conference is held! .... Prabhu attempts first by mentioning abt IP addresses and numbers but no use....then comes OISG who does a lot of nakkal and angers Ferrari...Saravanan comes in to settle the matter and gives a long speech (lotsa scope here for BGM)...but no use...Ferrari had smartly had a quick nap by then....finally steps in Kupps...starts talking and confuses them hell a lot....Ferrari's men forget what they were here for and start Tinnu Kattufying Ferrari! ... their fight is suitably picturised near an Ayyanar Kovil, though it is pretty far off from the AalaMaram
  
  so after succesfully fending of Ferrari, they take the Bhajji to the Museum and are actually rewarded for it...just to add a twist to the climax - Paran and Trisha come as newly wed couples ... Trisha has been beaten up badly and compelled to do oblige .... when the Panchayat Thalaivars decide to make the matters big, LLD steps it....he otharifies his pattu anga vashtram, puts it on his shoulder and takes an important decison - "Ungalukku intha Bajji panathula commission kodukkaraen ayya....ithai perusu paduthaatheenga" is wat he sez and the Panchayat Thalaivars accept after making an extra demand for a new VelliSombu for the Panchayat

  Being a family story, fights have been done away with....songs are however there....
  1) A Family Song before the characters get introduced
  2) A happy song when Prabhu gets the Bajji
  3) A kanavu duet for Paran with Trisha...with Paran wearing his Blue Jersey ofcourse!
  4) A song to show the activity of the younger generation - Nisha in Canada,Magix in Village and C~P in Chennai - 1 para per person
  5) An ending song - just like that!
