well i heard that his next flim would be with vijay n priyankachoupra staring in it
and the cd's will be out in july
and another one with prabhudeva staring in it n this will out in june i guess...
well more to come from him n i hope that he make's it big....

Mounam Pesiyadhe may go as dud, because of very big hype and expectation from fans.

Hope Yuvan lived upto the expectations of everybody.

Even zipped they're about 700 KB each! Thats pretty heavy for mail. Just try right clicking on each of the links and choose 'save target as'...

This audio was released yesterday but I am waiting to hear any detailed review. SO far i have heard good things about this album but I myself have not been able to obtain a copy.
The songs are as follows
1)Oh Sakhi - Shankar Mahadevan.
2)Aaadaatha Aatamellam - Kartik
3)Ilamai - Nitesh & YSR
4) Chinna Chinnathai - Hariharan
5) Eh Nanbane - Hariharan & Shankar Mahadevan
6)Aruvathu Aayiduchu - Malgudi Shuba & Ramesh Vinayakam

Can anybody post a detailed review?

I think other than ARR, YSR is really good in using singers to ful extremity! Ramesh Vinayagam is helluva singer (not a very good MD, i belive) and for the first time he is used outside his album. good job!

"Enai Theendi Theendi" in Bala is superb duet. That and Unnimenon's and Shnakar's song are good!

Poopoova and Theendi theendi is good...

En kannai initial humming seems similar to "Pothumda Pothumda intha azhagay pothumda..Pothumnu avalayae sonnada" from Arpudham film..is it??

'Poopoovai punngaikkum' sounds so damn much like a present-day Ilayaraja song...say something like straight out of Kadhalukku Mariyathai. But sounds great no doubt. Theendi Theendi is pretty impressive too. Shankar Mahadevan's 'En kannai' is my fave of the 5 songs. Fantastic song. Reminds me of KK's 'Sandhana thendralai', but got no tune similarity. Its just Shankar's voice I suppose.

'Bailamo' is a pain to listen to and stands out like a sore thumb. Another average song is 'Vannathipoochi' which sounds like its got music by Deva's son Srikanth! Also sounds to me like a faster version of 'Vaseegara' and also like the old song 'Madai thiranthu'...not sure of these wordings but I think its in Nizhalgal.

But the 3 other songs make this album really worth it. 100% better than April Maadhathil.

"KaNNin kAnthame vEndam" is an awesome return by SPB to centrestage, can teach all the kids singing today a thing or two!
