  For sure...no doubt...Padam jubilee odadhaanpogudhu......padathula paatum set aayidum.....padam pakkumbodhu...ellam BGM etc marandhu visil adikkadhaan poraanga....but if you dhoosi thattify and see the movie after a year.....with the same enthusiasm...can u say that the songs and the BGM were rajini fitting. The "Rajini" quality irukkadhungaradhudhaan engal kavalai..

  Get this: In the film industry - Bollywood Kollywood whatever - you are always (and only) as good as your last hit.
  There is nothing like a "past" when it comes to Commerce. Only present.
  ARR is a gifted MD. But a few more of these babas and babys and soon it will be tatas and byebyes for him.

  I hate these websites!
  The first one to put baba on net is some real audio site then in mp3 the canadian(srilankan!) site tamilterra...
  
  Now every website has baba songs...none of them even had an update for looooong time( Including Raaga!) suddenly Baba is there they all put Baba!
  I just tired of looking for YSR's Kadhal Samrajyam which is really better than my beloved ARR's baba. man..
  
  I remember when padaiyappa came.. i didnt feel bad for buying dat cd bcoz of YSR's Poovellam KetuPar.

  Sachin is a legend!! Don't even compare this junk MD with him!! He has billions of fans. So don't degrade Sachin!!! It is an ultimate insult to Sachin. Lots of amatueurish fans are criticizing him for his run of low scores. Sachin fans like us are defending him in every forum possible. Infact those forums are much more interesting than this. Not even a single song is good in BABA. BGM kilo enna vilai? for ARR. So only the star value of RK can save this movie. MR is losing ground in the market. BGM contributes 50% of success to a movie. Believe it or not certain movies you like very much even though the story line is fragile. Example Puthu Puthu Arthangal..
  i saw that thrice.. story was "rubber" in the second half. Apart from Geetha's acting nothing was there in the movie. I don't know why i saw that thrice. It took a while to find out it was IR who kept the movie alive with his lively BGM.
  I believe MR, BC, BR all lost the valuable services of IR because of fight!! No movie was success for them ever since they left IR. MR had success in Roja and Bombay purely due to strong subject. Rest didn't run that well. It is very disappointing silly ego factor has deprived tamil fans of excellent BGMs.

  I'm laughing after reading the past few messages criticizing Baba Songs. People who wrote those messages need to grow up and mature!!!
  
  Rajni (and ARR) has passed the stage where he has to prove himself. He has become interested in spirituality (which is the duty of each human being in this world) and this has influenced his songs a lot. So listen to those songs keeping this in mind.
  
  Most of us don't want the "dapaankuthu" songs from Rajni Sir (like from other actors) and we love his spiritualism-based songs, story and his advice to fans. Baba is a perfect example for this. Both the movie and the songs are going to change the taste of the people (for good)!!! Let us ignore the "dappankuthu" songs (that are present in all the movies today) and start admiring the quality work done by ARR, Raji, Vaali team in this movie!!! Hats of to them!!!
