I have included 70 repeat movies of ARR essentially he has scored music for 59 movies in 10 year period something which he did in one year
more than one occasion. It is like comparing a hill with mountain. ARR has loo...........ong way to go before being bracketed with IR.

so you say Ir worked for about 210 movies till now, after arr came in the picture and arr worked only 59 movies for the past 10 years.
is there any md out there who became famous in all around the world with just 59 movies that too without knowing nothing about music ?

ARR bashing will continue... until you guys get out of your illusion. 59 quality movies??? ARR is famous just in India. Rajini is also popular in Japan. That doesn't make him a genial actor. Sylvester Stallone is so popular in a remote village of Tamil Nadu. He was last year selected by Razzie Award commission "Worst Actor of the Century". You guys measure some one's quality in terms of popularity. Oh really. Prabhu Deva met Michael Jackson. That doesn't make him a wonderful dancer. He can be really horrible at times trying to imitate MJ. Annu Mallik is also popular. His song was used in Molin Rogue. That doesn't make him a genius. You guys are really messed up. I would like to remind Zain that it is Tamil Music Forum where one has the right to analyze and compare the success and failure of Music Directors in any way possible. If you cannot take part in a debate just step aside and do something else. I do not have anything personal against ARR. If he has composed for 800 movies atleast more than 600 would have been hits. You cannot disprove that IR's music is not quality music.

Your argument is very, very stupid.

Quantity is not equal to Quality.
If you cannot understand this, let me give you a simple example.
Toyota produces the most number of cars while Rolls Royce are very few in number.
Going by what you say, Toyota must be a better car than Rolls Royce.
Isn't this stupid?

Toyota can be called a best car because it serves the people more than Rolls royce. It takes a average man to his work and thus helps the humanity more than rolls royce does being a showpiece in auto-expos. Lets imagine all toyotas or RRs dissapear tommorow from the globe! which will make more impact to lives of people?
I am just pointing out different view of toyota vs rolls royce( its nothing about IR vs ARR.)

Toyota will never go down in the pages of history, except as the producer of the most number of cars and can never be the epitome of cars, as if it does, it will mean that mediocracy rules.
Today, Toyotas can easily be replaced by the likes of Nissans and Mazdas. But can any car replace Rolls Royce? :)
