An effort to remember at least 1000 good, popular hits of IR. No, this thread is not simply to list them! Please give running serial number & each of the song should have some nice comments about them...and no repetitions please!

  sorry, but i object to many of the suggested removals. really shocked that the suggestion came from u. to clip out gems like pillai nila, malaikkoyil vaasalil or solai pasungiliye is unthinkable. naan indha vilayaattukku varala.

  I think Udhaya had a set of yardsticks (no other lang words, less of Mano / MV etc.) which is probably different from mine or yours and hence we can discuss / debate, IMHO!
  
  FYI, almost 90% of the removals are very dear to me and anyday I'll rate them good and most of them were hits as well!

  I don't know on what criteria u have omitted those songs.
  Really, shocked to see that u ahve omitted songs from Agni natchathiram, Veera , Two songs (chinna poo, appappa ), Vazha vaikkum ( Aboorva sahotharargal),Idthayathai thirudhathe,Salangai Oli,Thanikattu raja,Sathriyan etc.

  forgot to tell u. i think we missed out "Kovil mani osai thannai kettadhaaro" from Kizhakke Pogum Rayil. all-time classic, i think we should include it. also, there's this song from Thandhuvitten Ennai, "mannanvanE mannavanE", which must also find a place. and "veenai meettum kaigaLE" is from Vaazha Ninaiththaal Vaazhalaam, the crappiest of movies you will ever watch.

  Guys,
  I've given my vote based on the consideration that there are worthier songs deserving inclusion than the ones I've removed. This is just my opinion. You don't have to abide by it. Looks like you will vote in the ones I removed, that's fine. We shall go by consensus like we set out to in the beginning.
  
  Cram, It's interesting you should mention "Kovil Mani" and "Mannavanae" since I have mentioned those in my add list also.
  
  Keep this going, guys, don't lose faith, don't take my views personally, they're just my point of view and I've never asked anyone to agree with me. But re-think my vote, sorry, it was well thought out before I voted; so take it or leave it is what I can say about my edits.

  I see many objections to my edits, but haven't heard any comments on the ones I want to add. Should I take it that none of you like my additions better than my omissions?
