  How abt Oct 18th 2003 Saturday evening? I came up with that date based on C`P's holidays.Pls let me know your availabiltiy. We can change the dates according to that. Suggestions welcome.
  Members as of now for Chennai: Prabhu,C~P,curses,Vel,rajasaranam,Raj,naan sense(r u in chennai?),MusicIsLife(Is the date ok for u?..where will u be in chennai??) and Myself.

  If anybody wants to take up any event - singing songs, playing instruments, you can mail LLD and inform ur availability so that the schedule could be planned out.

  Good idea, count me in.
  
  I'm not sure if this is convenient, but MGM (on ECR) has a strip of neat grassland by the beach that's a cool place to meet, see the sun set and have a few drinks. Several other places on this road, including Mayajaal, Prarthana and clutch of resorts or even simple beachfronts. We can perhaps arrange to meet around Thiruvanmiyur or Adyar, I can guarantee transport for around 5 people.
  
  If this is out of the way for most people, we could meet somewhere in the city..

  MusicIsLife, there will be some surfers visiting India during Christmas vacation or for diwali..If a sufficient number of them are interested, we can set up the date as per their availability.
  Cool idea Suresh. Outdoors would be best if there is a good lot of people turning up. It wont be all that hot in Nov/Dec.

  i have two problems here...
  
  1) sunset...in madras???
  
  2) beer or any other hard drink i dont like. im not inclined to have any artificial pesticides. this finally leaves me the choice to choose between water and tender coconut. water of madras is worse than the above-declined drinks. so a drink for me is only the tender coconut nothing else....wont this choice of mine spoil ur mood???
