  the show was a major dissappointment. The show was so dull and boring that many were chewing gums. I think it's because of the unexperienced manager. I didn't expect such a dissappointing show from such a professional Channel (ASTRO).
  About the Vanavil Arangam Award winners on Best Lyricist and Best Music Composers, they should be blacklisted by Vanavil for not attending or even sending a representative.

  Yeah !! I agree with krish , even the actress frm India can send rep. Why not malaysia !! Ohhhh I need to highlight one thing here !! I realy don;t know actually choose Suhanti Perumal as host of the program, she even can't speak a proper Tamil,Not Profesional at ALL.. shame on u suhanti !! Come on Astro Bawani( VTQ's host 100 times better than her.Go back to India & act so call Chinna Thirai !! Don't open your mouth & sing/Host any programs. Hopeless voice !!   i have a simple question.
  why do most indian artists/producer and all of them think a award show (or any show for the matter) is a place where they can give advice?
  
  why do everyone who come up the stage have something to say about indian unity and tamil unity and blah blah and this and that crap?
  for heavens sake, this is an entertainment award show, and behave like it.
  
  vikram and simran were smart and they did not indulge in all those rubbish.
  
  have they seen oscar or grammy or golden globe, or even some other language awards show (japanese, korean , chinese on MTV)?
  
  winners accepts the prize and thank people and leave.. this is no political stage or whatsoever.
  and one lady came up the stage telling that "artist who dont come should not even send representative"... who the hell is she to say that? is she a 4 times oscar winner? why are these people thinking that they can give "advice".. such a turn off.

  ASTRO Vanavil is damn engrossed with everything thats got to do with the Talents from India but nothing from Malaysia. They keep pumping money after money to India to make the developed indian artistes more developed.....Who is ever gonna care for Malaysian Indians artistes....It is very sad to see Malaysian Indian Artistes struggling to be good performers. They need direction and motivation to improve their capabilities..pls do something big and proudful for the Malaysian Indians with priority given to local performers and then to the rest.

  2 me itfa is waste of money n time.local artist cannot b compare wt india artist.india artist r dam excellent n talented in everything n perform a very good acting compare 2 local artist.n we also cant denied tat some local artist also doing their best.few of them need some improvemet.4 ASTRO-they should given opportunity 2 learn frm their mistakes n more priority too.we should proud of our local artist capabilities especialy talent quest participans.

  To me itfa is a good and so special as it is,but they all(astro backstage workers) have done a good job but it doesn't enough to prove that we also can perform a good and internationaly recognised award shows.do the best i the next one.
