  "Thaiku Oru Thaalatu" has a PS song "Ilamai Kaalam Ingu", which is a duet with TMS.
  
  Babu - There is a song "Andha Kaalathil Kannanum Gopiyarum, aadi irundharo yamuno nathi theeram". I think it was by PS. Another song in female voice is a Therukoothu song, but sung by LRE.

  How come you have suddenly come up with such a huge(almost exhaustive) list of PS-Shivaji songs? We were having a good time, listing out these songs and your massive effort has deprived us of this pleasure :)

  Friends,
  Yesterday, there was a repeat telecast of PS interview on Podhigai at around 6 p.m. I was just switching channels during the break of the Indo-Pak cricket match, and was happy to see PS on Podhigai. Of course, there is a detailed review of this interview on the PS homepage.As stated in the review, it is really amazing how PS, who cannot speak one full sentence properly in Tamil, sung thousands of Tamil songs with such crystal clear pronunciation. It certainly looks like a divine gift and we have been very fortunate that she has sung so many unforgettable songs! We do not know how "Thamizhth Thaai" looks like - to me and thousands of her fans, PS is the embodiment of Thamizhth Thaai and Goddess Saraswathi.
  A shame that she has not been conferred even a Padma Shree so far.

  A few months back, in this thread itself, I had discussed with Kaumudi an aspect which has always baffled me! PS, who has sung thousands of Tamil songs ( many of them of the Raja-Rani variety, with very chaste tamil!) with impeccable pronunciation, speaks Tamil with a child- like pronunciation, with a heavy Telugu accent!
  
  My reasoning is that people make a clear distinction between their professional and personal lives. In profession, they pursue excellece, while in personal lives, they want to do things at a laid back pace, with a " How-does-it-matter-It's-only-my-day-to-day-life" kind of attitude. And I think every one is entitled to this liberty in his / her personal life!

  This was a wonderful song sung beautifully by PS for the drunkard nagin Lalitha. This is popular even now for it's tune and the way PS had sung.
  
  2) Endhan ullam thulli vilayaduvathum aeno by PS
  another b'ful song by PS
  
  3) Anbil malarandha nal roja kan valarai en raja
  song for Anjalidevi when she gets separated from GG in the forest. She sings this haunting lullaby to make her kid sleep.This is a treasure to be preserved such is the rendition by PS.

  Thanks for the confirmation that her spoken Tamil is better these days! What is more important is the way she sings and there she has no equals. A pity we have to witness the massacre of the language by Udith Naarayan, Sadhna Sargam and a host of new singers !
