Which Discussion Forumers have you met from newtfmpage?

Hi musiclovers!!!

newtfmpage has been a nice place for people to share what they know with each other. Many people help you with what you want and become your pals.

But how many of these faces have you seen?

How many have you met in person?

How many have you atleast spoken to over phone?

How many have you chat with on a Messenger?

How many have you atleast mailed?!

Get-togethers happen every now and then. I can see people shaking their heads violently in disagreement, but they do happen! Atleast ONE major get-together has happened to my knowledge.

Attended by : Saravanan, Lord Labaku Das, Prabhu, Suresh, Rajasaranam, Sriram Lakshman, Raj and C~P

Any such events that happened elsewhere? Would be nice to learn about such experiences.....Share benefits gained if any

  Let me start off with my own experiences...just the kist of it, will elaborate later!
  
  The first people from newtfmpage whom I met were Suresh and Lord Labaku Das. That, I believe, was the first "official" meet in Chennai. And then ofcourse I was part of the meet that I've already mentioned.
  
  Have a long list of chat friends though - Magix, Lord Labaku Das, Prabhu, Ferrari, Maverick, Paran, Nisha, Curryleaf, Interpreter, Jacky, GCT_Kuil, MusicIsLife, Rajasaranam, Kum_Laden, Kupps and Saravanan
  
  mm... and over phone I've spoken to Saravanan, Maverick, Ferrari, Lord Labaku Das, Magix and Rajasaranam.
  
  And person left out, who I've only mailed - bb!
  
  So much for stats, will chip in with the experiences soon!!
  
  Well, a third get-together might happen soon in Chennai and waiting to meet more people! :-)

  Uh oh! I missed out twp "big heads" - periya thalais!
  
  Sabesan - I've chat with him too.
  OISG - Mails alone.
  
  And magix was the first person whom I chat with, but it just turns out that I haven't met him yet :-(
  
  Also had contacts with some old timers like cosmician, Why Not, ROTFL, Are Yaar, Bharath, Common Friend etc etc. But they are missing in the current scenario.

  Good thread. Keep it up. Seems to be a fine idea. Are you guys planning to form a club or something?
  
  Have met the people in 2nd gettogether and Sabesan. Those who I have spoken over phone but not met are Ramki, Fliflo.
  
  Mail contact with many DFers for long. Visited webpages of lots. Yahoo chatpals are quite less, but good number of pals on Paatukkupaatu thread :)
  Got LOT of info on songs from DFers over mail.

  Infact i feel C~P has email and chat id's of many people. We all can have a yahoo chat someday/night. C~P can organize it.

  and emailed AreYaar...a few times (Where r u man...missing ur emails)
  
  and NEVER MET anyone..although i said I would wat at Komala's in Blue Jersey!...may be C~P would be the first person for me to meet.....

  C~P made his debut in newtfmpage by starting a thread! I dont want to name it though.. That post was completely against his opinion now! :)

  It was in that thread that I met C~P. He had the nickname "boardsover". I was in 11th then and thot he'd finished his 10th boards. I was mightily glad that there was finally one person who was younger than me (at that time).. I was even mightily disappointed to learn he'd finished his 12th boards!! :) I guess i was destined to carry the "baby" tag for a couple more years! :)
  The first people i chatted w/ were WhyNot and ROTFL. We were.. err.. "illegally" chatting in the PP thread! :) Vels also joined in then. :)

  I'm yet to find a person who can torture me! On the contrary, they have to put with what I do. So it was pleasant for me, don't know about the other side!

  Closely following my activities pola irukku?! This is my first thread as C~P. In say 2 years! And you dinno how it felt like to start a thread, gosh! It took me half an hour to click on "Post" after I typed the contents. Audience pakkamey irundhuttaenaa, stage fear!! :-)

  I just chat with many people coz I am free at all times, irrespective of the timezones! :-)
  I have no problems though in organizing a conference. The problem is mayb we need to find a convenient time. We shall look into that.

  I can name a few others whom you have left out. You've chat with Kum_Laden and Lord Labakku Das. So much for your memory!!

  I still do remember you trying to pull my legs - "School Eppo Tharakkuthu boardsover-a?" and I had to reply with "School mudinjupoachu, college dhaan!". This is the statement that saddened you for the first time at newtfmpage! :-)
