I think 'mettupodu' song in "Duet" was sung by PS for Sudha and not Usha.

Also, the "Pudhayal" song ('raajakumaran vandhaan...') you are referring to was sung by SJ for Alphonsa and not Sakshi. Or did SJ sing any other song in "Pudhayal"? SJ has also sung for Aamni in "Honest Raj". Have you included Sithara in PS' list?

Jadiketha moodi-kannnada actress. Her name in kannada films is sudha rani. But she was given a different name in tamil films(she also acted in vasantha kala paravaigal)

Heroine of "Vasantha Kaala ParavaigaL" is Shaali. She was also the heroine of Paarthiban's "Sugamaana SumaigaL". But, I'm not sure whether she acted in "Jaadikkaetha Moodi".

PS has sung "aathu maettu thoppukkuLLe" (some Ramarajan film) for Seetha. Also add Gowthami ( 'namma ooru Poovaatha') to PS' list.

Did you add L.R.Eswari to SJ's list? Yes, SJ sang 'nilavukku thaalaattu' ("Pudhu Manidhan") for LRE.
