  Doctors angry with `Vasoolraja`

  The doctors of Tamilnadu are up in arms with the title of Kamalhassan’s new film, Vasoolraja MBBS. The Tamilnadu chapter of Indian Medical Association (IMA) is protesting against the use of ‘Vasoolraja’ which means “collection king”, a derogative usage for a doctor!
  According to Dr Vijayakumar, President of Tamilnadu IMA: "The title trivialises a noble profession into a commercial proposition, as if doctors were only after money! We have urged the producers to change the title so that it would not portray doctors in poor light”.
  
  However director Saran feels that “the doctors were seeing ghosts where none existed. If IMA could accept `Munnabhai` the name of a famous Mumbai `dada` and even the British Medical Council appreciating the film, why object to a title?” Saran adds that since Kamal plays an extortionist in the movie the name `Vasoolraja` has been chosen”.
  
  The producers are not willing to budge and are refusing to change the title and Tamil film industry feels that it is time to stand firm against such threats and call the bluff of the other side!

  Saw an ad in 'Dinathanti'which says the music will be released shortly.The title remains vasool Raja M.B.B.S.the red cross replaces the dot for 'ol'(Vasool in Tamil)&a syringe for 'aa'(Rajaa in Tamil).guess the producers have decided not to let such stupid threats bother them.By the way when will the audio get released,should be 14th or 15th of this month as movie is slated for release on Aug 15th.
