  My vote would also go to Snehidhane, ofcourse vaseegara was a great song too.. Snehidane

  My Choice is 'Vaseegara' though 'Snehidhane' is also a great song. Vaseegara is the best based on the instints/feelings created by the song which is superior to that of 'Snehidhane'. Both the songs are by Female singers and both of them concieves the feelings/emotions of females to their male counterpart. Just keep aside the picturisation and just listen to song and it's flow, atleast i feel 'Vaseegara' has a slight edge over 'Snehidhane'. I personally think Females can be best judges for this case.

  Me too stick to the vaseegara side!
  
  Even though i am one of the annoyed ARR Fans who want to shot down HJ under the INtelectual Property Law 101. I still think vasegara is a true master piece and has an edge over Snehidane.. even though both good!

  I like to listen vaseegara song than snaehidhanae.
  
  Personally, i feel the flow in snaehidhanae is not so smooth and hence not so plesant (in my taste).

  vaseeeeeeegra of course...when it was out abt 1 yr ago or 2 yrs ago, it became the best even though "munpaniya" was a very tough competitor to beat..

  There were a song "Yethu Minnal Yethu Minnal" beautifully sung by Maathangi in 1000Poi solli. which belongs to the same class as vaseegara, snehidane. But the song was unnoticed as the MD is sabesh-murali duo.

  One good FEW point i can give Why SNEGHIDENE is better then Vaseegara!
  1.When senghidene trailor was on air,its was
  already NO 1.
  2.When Saathiya released in north,the songs was
  super blockbuster hit while RHDTM was average
  (Audio).
  3.Sneghidene in malaysia was VERY VERY VERY
  famouse,any shops,malay,indian,chinese u can
  hear the play sneghidene (only)!!!
  4.Senghidene Song was tooooooooooo melodios & it
  was for 6 mins,every single sec was a heaven
  for all listeners!!
  5.All my malay friends love chupkese more then
  zara zara,they loved sneghidene more then
  vaseegara!

  Both are beautiful songs and pose difficulty for making a single choice which finally, for me is Vaseegara. I find a little more magnet in Vaseegara than in Snehidane.

  I choose Vaseegara over Snehidane. Snehidane never caught my fancy... But Vaseegara was like an every girl's dream,... plus a female wrote that lyric, so it's really showing a female's feelings, while Snehidane is by whats his face...

  i feel sneghidene lyrics was more to romantic & higher words then vaseegara,vaseegara was too simple & in a way a horny feeling..a guy for for a romantic lady rather then horny gals!! (me)

  the worst part of vaseegaraa was the lyrics.
  i can never call those prose as lyrics.
  if some one can please do translate the lyrics in english, and one can feel the horrible usage of prose for the best tune of the year. on the reverse case, snehidhane had a complex tune in the charanam's and the lyrics actually uplifted the tune at many places. the words 'ragasiya snehidhane' was so apt for the storyline of the movie as their relationship was so at that point of the movie.
  
  " nee azhumboadhu naan azhanErndhaal,
  thudaikkindra viral vEndum"
  
  was simple, poetical and brilliantly worded for the tune which was complex enough to hear just like a tune.
  
  where as
  " sila samayam vilayaattai,
  un aadaikkullae naan vaendum"
  
  was poorly worded for a beautiful blending tune.
  
  so by lyrics i go for snehidhane and by tune and voice i go for vaseegara.
  
  the saddest part was,
  both the songs were very poorly picturised.
  
  'ragasiya snehidhanae' must have been shot as a symbol of privacy and MR must not have chosen to make a whole set of group dancers to dance with madhavan singing chorus at shalini.
  
  'vaseegara' on the other hand was like a soft-porn
  to be frank. certainly i did not like it as my other friends.
