  spb owes his achivements to his great singing talents, music directors,producers,distributors,directors and at lastly but not least, the general public who are just amazed at the quality of his voice. the greatness of this artiste is even now, at 55, after 35 years of singing, his voice is as sweet as ever and his two songs in the latest film STAR is testimony to this

  This is the World "Reccords" Organization.
  
  It was brought to our attention that "DHCP@212.2.14.241" is nearing a new world record in the number of web postings under fake nemes. Our research shows that the information this person (under various names) provides is not exactly accurate. There are a few other singers, especially from Asia, who have recorded more songs (not exclusively film songs) than Mr. Balasubramaniam. However, we would like more information about the person who finds the time (using his employer's computer) to post under a near record number of fake names (male and female)

  Lets talk abt our great Uncle SPB, cos he is the greatest singer that india had ever produced!!, his voice is excellent(great bass, manly, sweet, excellent modulation, broke the world record for singing more than 40,000, this guy is musical genius, India is proud to have him!

  I do get my facts right b4 I speak + as I have mentioned b4, there are many spb fans here at our company!!!, and I have also mentioned that as all postings go through the same "fire wall", the DHCP address is same, it does not mean some one is faking under several names, there is no need.
  
  we are here to talk abt the genius SPB, lets not be childish and talk about DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocols, for those who do not know!). but if some one wishes to then I will open a topic on "DHCP". ok

  What I do not understand is , Why don't these dumb MDs make use of this genius SPB, I see because, they are a bit jealous that SPB might take a proportion of their song with his magical voice.
  
  What a shame?, I do not know when these mds open their blind eyes & call back this genius into singing like in the 70's, 80's and early 90's.

  It appears this genius, provided he stays for another 12 years he will reach the 50kline, what do you think guys, I know that Lata sung slightly more than spb, but as she rarely sings now, it appears that SPB will take over lata, within the next 2 years!

  SPB had already gone beyound M.rafi status years ago!, Did not you know that SPB posses more awards than any other singer in India! & he also broke the world record for singing more than 40,000 songs in his 35 year service in IFM!

  when one gentleman introduced lata to Mr.Clinton,
  he said to clinton that lata has sung more than 15000 songs. immeadetly lath pointing to spb told mr clinton there is another gentleman who has sung more that 35000 songs and he is behind me. to this clinton was surprised and amazed to hear this. that is the quality of our spb, the greatest ever in this part of the world

  Thanks for your ref, which I was aware of. But the meeting with Clinton was in 1995, since then SPB had exceeded the 40k redline, Only our SPB is capable of this.
  
  So if Lata has sung abt 15k, I wonder how many the late M.Rafi would have sang?

  BTW In that it tells that total songs are 35K, which is a world record. May be we can send a mail to SPB and get a confirmed update on the number instead of guessing ourselves.

  That web site is a bit out-of-date, but I have heard SPB say in an interview in "sun TV", that he had infact completed 40K, it is fact, I am not assuming.

  Songs numbers is not matter for a good singer.A.M.Rajah, K.J.Yesudas,P.Jeyachandran,B.P.Srinivas,Unni Menon sang less than SPB,BUT They sing much better than SPB. In Malayalam films singers sing very good and their voicekulture much much better than SPB.

  All the singers you have mentioned are no way near Uncle SPB, got it. SPB's voice is lot heavier & divinest out of IFM, the singers you have mention apart from(KJY &PBS not B.P.Srinivas) are only known in south india, but uncle spb is popular worldwide.

What do you mean by this phrase"HE FEELS HIS MUSIC IS THE GREATEST", are you saying that SPB thinks that his music is the greatest, for your info, spb feels every one sings better than him, You better watch SPB's interviews, he always praises every singer, including KJY, who in turn praises SPB's voice & says that SPB is better than him, I think you have no self confidence & you are a victim of "inferiority complexity", refere to oxford dictionary if you do not know what that means, because you did not know the meaning of "versality"!!!
  
  KJY never crossed the 40K mark, in his dreams, I am under no circumstances underestimating KJY's capabilities, but SPB's voice & singing is way better than KJY & even the late M.rafi.
  
  Raguvaran had good points, he never undestimated KJY's abilities (KJY is good only in devotional, Sad songs & some fine melodies), but SPB is all rounder. He is the only singer in the world who crossed 40k barrier.
  
  As you are a narrow minded fool, I suggest "nee poi maadu maiyka than layakku", so go and look after the cows,get lost from TFM.

  This was his response to raju for stating the fact that KJY has recorded around 50,000 songs (including all non-movie recordings)
  
  I could not find the words "inferiority complexity" or "versality" in the Oxford Dictionary or in any other dictionaries!
  
  So far, I was ignoring these senseless threads started by a person using at least 20 different names, responding to and appreciating his own postings. In most of these threads, he is the only person participating, hour after hour, day after day. At this stage of his game, I feel I should let him know that 99.9% of TFM participants know that he is a fake.
  
  SPB is one of the most versatile Indian singers, and he has millions of adoring fans. The last thing that SPB needs is guys like these giving him a bad name through their hero worship. According to a psychiatrist friend of mine, the guy who starts these threads is either a real lunatic beyond help, or he is doing this purposely in order to insult SPB. In either case, I hope he puts an end to this silly game.
  
  To Mr. Mudhalvan: I do expect a noisy and abusive response from you, but please rest assured that I will not waste my time responding to you or any of the other names that you use. TFM forum is an open (I feel too open at times!) and democratic arena. If you want to make a bigger fool of yourself (than what you already have), please go for it. I am not going to suggest "nee poi maadu mayika than layakku". But that is still an option:-)))
