We all know the fact that there has been a lot of link poaching (especially mail-bag stealing songs from Rex and Balaji's website).Here is an answer that could possibly help all of us.
It is possible to have a form which passes variables to a CGI script that runs on the serverside.So in the actual HTML page you cant see any RAM file links.For the script,since many of us are hosting on free ISP's (Geocities,Yahoo,Xoom)..check out Hypermart which provides free CGI hosting.So the idea is you can put the script on hypermart and call it from your xoom or geocities website form.It has worked I have tested.I need a little help in configuring that to make it work.If you guys are interested,we can work on this and once completed,I can put together a tutorial for your guys!sounds like a good deal??let me know.

This is an awesome help that I would be really interested in!! Being totally new to HTML, this sort of help would always be greatly appreciated. I enthusiastically recommend other webmasters to respond to this one. However, Shibu is way ahead by using his own Client-side Javascript which invokes a Java Applet to bring on the song files.

Whenever we go to a site, by default IE or Netscape searches for INDEX.HTM. If we put an index.html file in every directory, including the directory where we put .rm files. we can place a blank index.htm. Hope this eliminates the .RM directory access. I did like that in my site. Is it correct ?
