  Opening Scene:
  
  AVM Studio Pillayar.
  
  We focus on one road side coconut shop. One pichakari with baby begging. Coconut shop guy shoos her away.
  
  A bike zooms in. Long shot. Bajaj CT 100. By this time audience realise who it is :-)
  We show one hand with Rolex watch accelerating. Then we show Nike shoe. Light blue jeans. Brake applied.
  Bike screeches in front of coconut shop.
  
  "Kanna. Thegai udacha chutney. Naalu naaLa ivanga patni" buys some 4 coconuts and gives to the pichakari and goes away.
  
  By this time the audience in theatre would be whistling and clapping.

  Rajnikanth's new film- "Chandramukhi"

  Finally it is clear that Rajnikanth has abandoned Jaggubhai and is doing a film for Sivaji Productions, the production house of late Sivaji Ganesan, the doyen of Tamil cinema industry. The film will start rolling from October 1 and has been tentatively titled Chandramukhi and will also have Prabhu and most likely Simran in the female lead.
  Chandramukhi will be directed by P.Vasu, one time top commercial director who had done Mannan with Rajni and Prabhu produced by Sivaji Productions 10 years back. He has also directed Prabhu in Chinnathampi, an all-time blockbuster. Vasu has good vibes with Sivaji Productions and Ram Kumar, eldest brother of Prabhu and CEO of Sivaji Productions.
  
  Said Ram Kumar: “Rajnikanth is like a family member and was a great fan of our Appa (Sivaji Ganesan) and has also worked in our films. Now we are celebrating the golden jubilee year of Sivaji Productions and when we expressed our desire to work once again, he readily agreed and P.Vasu had a story ready to suit the mass image of Rajni”.
  
  The buzz is that it will be a remake of last weeks Kannada super hit Apthamitra, directed by P.Vasu, starring Vishnuvardhan and late Soundarya in the lead. In fact Apthamitra itself was “inspired” from Fazil’s 90’s classic, Manichitrathazhu in Malayalam featuring Mohanlal and Shobhana who won her first National Award for the film. The muhurat of the film will be held on October 1 at Sivaji Ganesan’s house on Boag Road in Chennai with a lot of glitz and glamour as it also happens to be the birth anniversary of the late legend.

  In malayalam mohanlal roll started almost at intermission. I haope they don't mess this movie like Tenmavin Kombithu (Mutthu).

  who do you reckon would do the music ?
  
  P.Vaasu's movie usually has Raaja's music right ? (the last collaboration between the 2 i can remember is "Kaakai Chiraginile" ?), they had collaborated on so many other movies as wel such as Chinna Tambi, Mannan, Uzhaipaali, Ithu namma Boomi etc.
  
  P.Vaasu has worked with other composers as well, A.R.Rahman (Love Birds), Deva (Seenu) and Bhartwaj ? (Asathal)

  It's Rajini movie. At this present image of Rajini, only Deva can fulfil the needs of Rajini fans. If they go with ARR, it is a suicidal attempt as the Rajini-ARR combo is a big flop. Rajini-IR cannot work together, because ego will be there always between two saamiyaars. I wish YSR or KR should be given a chance. But in practical and past experience Deva is the best choice.

  Rajni goes to Kabaleeswarar Kovil in his bike. Anga oruththar 108 thengai udaikkaraen-nu sonnadhu niraivaethittu irukkaru. Idhai paarthu Rajni avar thengai udaikkarthukku munnadi onnu onna catch pudichu (graphics dhaan!) adhai kovil vaasal-la irukkara pitchai kaarangalukku koduththu chutney senju saapda sollaraar.
  
  The guy udaiching the thengai will obviously be some ricg guy dressed in pattu vaetti sattai. Avar kitta poi Rajni says, "Kanna, pattu veshti katti irukkara nee aayiramvidhama un vaenduthal niraivethikkalaam. Adhukkaga indha punidhamaana thengaiya tharai-la poattu udaikkaathey. Adhula irukkara thanni waste-a poguthu. Adhu irundha rendu ezhai-oda vayiru kulirum. Water is the cause of all problems, one should know how to utilise it. Otherwise life will become miserable".
  
  Idhu sollittu, thirumbi paarthu bike-a oru lookku. Oru whistle. Bike Rajni pakkathula vandhu nikkudhu....

  Kakkai chiraginile is not IRs movie. Music for that film is Deva. You can hear a song with the theme, ' theemtha theemtha thirana thira theemtha theemtha thirana.. '. It was copied from Hariharan's colonial cousins. Don't u guys remember that?

  kumar theemtha theemtha thirana theme was from "vaaimai vellum" it is again a IR scored movie with parthiban in the lead.... so it might not have been a copied one..... i dont knwo about kakkai chiraginile though

  Chandramukhi-Simran is on a visit to the visit from the US & she is a nuclear scientist and a Bharathanatyam dancer (appada! Oru muari vanthu paarthaya song potrulam). She falls for Prabhu -who is between an innocent village guy and an arai loosu who sings in Mano's voice to put all the elders of the village to sleep;some do not get up next morning . there is a dream sequence shot in Uzbekistan with Ballet dancers.Sims ties the knot on Prabhu's enormous neck against the wishes of the Village paNNayarini "swarna Akka".Since she is not married, Akka hates marriages and has put a blanket ban on marriages in the village.(Swarna Akka has a flash back when Ponnambalam rejects her ).In the climax Swarna akka tries to snatch the thaali from Prabhu's neck and tries to molest Prabhu.(See how desparate a Woman can get!)).Prabhu sings in Mano's voice " en thaali, kapathu un joli" to god.simran is doing an important experiment in the lab,racing against a deadline, to make a deadly nuclear bomb to save the world.
