  This film will surely flop!
  
  Rajini fails to realise that only his lame movies do well with our makkals and any thing that trails off from his forumla masala movies are totally unacceptable and outrageous to our makkals. Ingredients for his lame movie are all or combination of the following.
  
  1. His father would have died or would die in the movie.(magan bearing kudumba sumai- middle age men sentiment)
  
  2. His mom will be an actress who sang duets with him in 70s-80s. She will have a vibuthi in forehead and will be a sorrowful widow. she wil definitely have one dialogue like "kova padatha pa, nallavangalukku romba nal kashtam needikathu" (thaikulam sentiment)
  
  3. He will also have a thangachi who is unmarried. Thangachi wont be subdued and will be one of those typical KB movie type adhigaprasangi bu*llshit.(younger thaikulam sentiment)
  
  4. One of his goals will be to marry of thangachi to wealthy nice kudumbam. Ofcourse this will backfire and he will show revenge to the prospective bride grrom that he can get her married to someone better. (young wastrels with thangachis sentiment)
  
  5. He will have a gang of porikki fellows. They will swear by him and will be ready to give life to him. Atleast one of them will die to inccrease the azhugai value of the dumb makkals.(porikki fellows sentiment)
  
  First half of movie he will be victimised in every impossible and illogical ways a human can act. he will bear everything and wait. Then second half he will promise revenge to his dead father's photo or will take asirvadham from his mom to take revenge. HE will ofcourse take his revenge so easily, but in the end he will mannichufy the villians to show his periya mansu. Our dumb makkals will go "chu chu chu" by these things.
  
  If rajini swerves from this formula he is gone. unfortunately he cant realise this. Arr is another fool to do this movie. Even after he has got wonderful collaborations and assignment from abroad in a velli thattu I dont know why he is feeling pressurised to do these lame tamil movies. ellam thalai ezhuthura!

  One thing people unanimously agree about a Rajni flick - no logic. No one ever puts a thought to a Rajni film. His film is just for entertainment. Poi paarthu sootoda sootta rasichuttu varanum, avalodhaan. If you sit and dissect and Rajni film this is what you end up with. Agreed, there is nothing different in it, but adhu oru thani charm Rajni-ku. AIMHO.

  I am saying Rajini should only do formula films to score a hit! Anything else will flop. You guys are yourselves saying the same thing by wanting entertainment with no holds barred. To do that he has to stick to his formula. I never disputed that. But don't tell me that at the same time you guys want to call his films intelligent? I hope not. Thats why i used the word lame and dumb liberally. But inspite of those words I am myself conceding that he has to do it that way to score a hit.

  I was just pointing out a general trend noticed in the threads of late. That's all. All my plea was to stick to the thread topic and whoever does the digression, it is in bad taste. I like your humor but not all of your friends are like that. After a while it becomes stale and gets one frustrated. Hope you dont mistake it.   He didn't capitalise his postion after he voiced for DMK-TMC alliance and declaring even God could not save TN if people voted for JJ. The next Parliment election he took a wrong turn and his comments were taken wrong. DMK/TMC alliance took a rout. Rajini has lost all his fame when Baba fell flat in the box office. He cannot command the same as he did before. Now he indirectly supports the same woman who was against 8 years ago. If that woman has changed then we can go with Rajini but she didn't. Why I am bring political stuff in to this forum is because, it affects Rajini's personality to score a hit again. Jakkubhai the movie doesn't sound regional for TN. Failure is already written all over it. Rajini should go to Himalayas and pass on the baton to the youngsters.

Adhunaala support maathina there's nothing wrong. And he also made it clear this time around that he is voting for a party that he believes wud solve the water crisis - specifically mentioning about this being an election for the Center and not the state.
