  Here goes the trivia for the day
  These two songs were sung by the same singer guess the film and the singer
  1. Adiye ennai paaramma pidivaadham ennamma
  2. Malairani Munthanai sariya( I was talking about the male voice which sang the Loolloloollo )
  Song 2 is actually VJ but the male singer is our subject.
  3. Ponnulla Ponnulla Pannuna mookuthi
  4. Uyirum neeye unarvum neeya udalum neeya thaaye a beutiful song in Kamas raagam

  Ore Vaanam Ore Bhoomi had Seema starring opposite
  JaiShankar ( obviously since its a I.V.Sasi film )

  I think the third song is from a Shivakumar starrer (Chittukuruvi?) -- I remember liking this song when I was in school and finding it amusing, as there is one part where the singer says "poikaalu kuruthayilae " instead of "poikaalu kuthuryile).

  Bharat, you got it right. Ponnula ponnula is the start of the song, but the chorus begins the song with "Kaaverikkarai Orathilae, aelalumba aela".

  The song "Kanniley Anbirunthaal" is not from Bavani. It is from Anandhi, picturised on SSR(TMS version) and Vijayakumari(PS version)

  I recently watched "Oru Oodhaappoo Kann Simittugiradhu", whose MD is Dakshinamoorthy (one great song by KJY -- "Nalla Manam Vaazhga"). Throughout the film, there is a volin piece as BGM that sounds just like the song "Nandhaa Enn Nilaa". The resemblance is uncanny.   Bharat: I think the movie is Nandha en nila and the MD is Dakshinamoorthy. So the resemblance may not be accidental.. :)
