well i heard that his next flim would be with vijay n priyankachoupra staring in it
and the cd's will be out in july
and another one with prabhudeva staring in it n this will out in june i guess...
well more to come from him n i hope that he make's it big....

  Kaththikeyan ***produced*** dheena, director was Murugadas, (Now he is doing another movie with VijayKanth, Surprisingly, IR is the MD :-)
  
  I am not sure if Dheena Producer moved to directing, But he is a good friend of Ajith (Supposed to be a childhood friend), thats what I know, MD of this movie will mostly depend on who the director is !

  The song Akasam Kindundi is a wonderful addition to Sethu.It show YSR's style and is a catchy and preppy song. The songs that have been taken out are Malai En Vethanai, Kaana Karunkuyile, and sikkatha sittondru. The new additions are wonderful to the movie.

  After listening to 'edidari' by SPB, I feel like tamil version of that song by IR is much better in bringing out the emotion that is needed for the situation. I don't understand telugu a bit, so could anyone who understands lyrics write which one sounds better?

  Please tell me where did you read this news and is it confirmed .. After his good work in 'Dheena' I was really upset that none of the 'big' guys in TFM gave any chance to YSR ... If this news is true, I will be a happy man !!!

  Kitkat, this thread was progressing well without your negative comments.If you don't like YSR,avoid his threads.How can you even try to say that Nandha didn't have hit music? Why should the producers try to grow away from YSR when his music gave such magnificent sales figures?

  Listened to YSR's 'Malli Malli Chudali'
  
  This album has six numbers - four new and two tamil numbers reused - Ithu kaathalaa from TI and All day Jolly day from MTV,
  
  Among the new songs, two songs are very good - One Excellent Duet by Unni Krishnan, Bhavadharini and the other song about 'natpu' sung by Devan and Tppu, There is one Shankar Mahadevan duet with a new singer and another 'dabbanguththu' sort of song by Tippu and Karthik (This one is like a recycled version of YSR's 'KummaaLam' song from KalyaNa Galaattaa - with little rework on SaraNam part),

  Thanks for the information. two tamil numbers reused This is definitely a disturbing trend that everyone follows now. Even in 'Seshu', he has done the same thing. Not good for an upcoming MD!

  Yes, I felt the same way when I listened to these two songs ... Disappointment for me as I wanted to have six fresh songs, Thats the least you can expect from a debut telugu album of YSR.,
  
  But believe me, the other two songs I have mentioned above are just great and I enjoyed them a lot ...
  
  Seshu's case is different I guess - I am sure he was forced to reuse those tunes, Even when sedhu was remade into kannada., (Huchcha - some other MD) they reused almost every tune in Sedhu.,
  
  I may get 'Junior Senior' Album today !

  Actually Seshu was YSR's debut movie and I am assuming that there would have been some pressure to re-use the Sethu songs. However in Malli MAlli choodalani, the 2 songs that have been used were requested by the director it seems as they were apt songs for the Telugu industry. COme on guys, I think YSR must know how the audience are feeling about ARR's transfer of songs between languages.DO you honestly believe that any MD would make this same mistake intentionally?

  Seshu is YSR's first direct telugu movie, But MMC (??) was the first one he signed (atleast as per news sources I read)
  
  Yes, these two songs will fit to Telugu, But still, fans like me will be more happy if he composes new tunes in every movie :-)

  NagaS I too am a Telugu-ite and I was pleasantly surprised by Idhu KAdhala in Telugu.I feel it brought a new dimension of music to our scene and all day jolly day was a big hit amongst my friends who hadn't heard MTV.
  ALthough MMC was signed first, Seshu released first so I am quoting it as his first Telugu movie.
