Which Album is Currently Rocking ur Country

In Malaysia,Udhaya Udhaya song is really rocking,OSAI - Astro,is playing the song 100 times,and i asked Mani Osai guys,they say Udhaya is doing really well,infact the best this year!!WUt Abt INdia?Singapore??

  From reliable sources ,in TamilNaadu, it is HJ's Saamy,YSR's Winner,Geethai,VS's Paarthiban Kanavu,Dhool seem to rule the roost. ARR's Parasuram is not doing well.

  Udhaya suffered lots of Odhaya, but even though SAR did not have hit this season, SARS hit many clubs and airports etc.. around the world. so, as far i know only SAR got multiple hits outside on an international level, even national level SAR is going platinum in Marathi. Even for Sankar and Harris(on) audiences are coughin up a lot. dinesh, thanks for rockin this forum with a super topic. But goint to the country side, Norah Jones is jazzin it up I Don't Know Why - you Udhaya Suryan is soakin up Malaysia when all our techies have turned down offers

  PARUSURAM SONGS is SAVADI..it really rockzz..the vocal usement by ARR frm singers like UNikrishnan and nityasree is excellent..hatss off to both of them...the album is truely diffrent..from arrangement until the instruments..
  my fav in tat movie..is mupadhu nimidum...lyrics by vairamuthu..is a plus point..

  'Saami's special attraction!

  The success of 'Dhool' has put massive pressure on 'Saami'.
  
  This is because 'Saami' is an action film to. It has to be atleast one step above 'Dhool' for the fans to worship it.
  
  Harris Jayaraj's music is trying its best to contribute to its success. Songs like 'Aarumugam saamikku' and 'Vepamaram piluyamaram' do the hero worship. 'Pudichirukku' and 'Idhuthaana' are for lovers.
  
  Highlight of the soundtrack is the 'Kalyaanam kattikittu' song. Harris Jayaraj is dazzling in the song. People have begun to enjoy the song even as we write this. The song will be even more popular after the film's release (Madhavan and Shalini should have sung these lines in 'Alaipaayuthey'?).
  
  This song, along with the fact that this is Vikram's next action film has added expectations to the film.

  well none is rocking, all are very average.
  
  HOW AM I SAYING THIS: i generally don't buy any albums myself. i rate them based on the playing of a few songs in many places. With that touchstone(ofcourse, its my own way) i decide whether a song or an album is popular. The lastest one that i heard so was DHOOL before that it was RUN. I'm not sure a saami/paarthibankanavu/parasuram would repeat a dhool/run.
  
  btw, there was an apprehension raised regarding the validity of usage of SARS in this thread. I object. SARS is indeed TFM related. Let me expand it, it is "Single(Singly)-Acquired-Repeated(Repeatable)-Score". And, now you all know whose it is....yes you guessed it correctly it is SAR's. :-)

  only harris rocks everywhere.the film SAAMI is a big hit here in tamil nadu with people dancing,whistling and singing along the songs in all theaters.Film industry says only because of hj music this film has got a massive opening which Kaadhal Sadugudu failed to get.

  Saamy songs are not tht excelent as u guys say. ITs an average OK type album. Kaaka Kaaka is a good album. harris has done a good job for kaaka kaaka. Even Arr's parasuram sounds better than saamy but definitley kaaka kaaka is better than parasuram.
