  "Then A.R Rehman happened. " I always wanted to meet him, and maybe
  work with him, who doesn't? So I told Sivamani about it, one night I
  get a call from Sivamani telling me that Rehman was here in Mumbai
  for the night and was leaving in the morning, this was my one
  chance, I took it. I reached to the studio, went up to him, gave him
  my tapes and told him to listen to it"
  
  Months later he got the call … "I was at his studio in chennai to
  work on a duet with Vasundara Das for the Tamil movie `Boys',
  directed by Shankar. I thought i would do my English rapping on the
  track and that would be it. But, being a tamilian by birth, I always
  knew how to speak and talk in Tamil, however I had never sung or
  rapped in Tamil before, and never knew I had the potential in me to
  do it. A. R. Rehman recognized this in me. The next thing you know,
  the song has me singing and rapping in Tamil, with a lil English as
  well. It turned out beautiful and set me thinking on how special a
  music director is, if he has this magical ability to get sooo much
  from his artist. Meanwhile, there was Rajnikanth's BABA film that
  was almost ready and only the background score was left for Rehman
  to complete. Having heard my rapping, he suggested I write something
  for BABA. I tried it out the same night, and then left for Mumbai. A
  week later, I was told Rajnikanth's heard what i did, loved it, and
  hence the BABA RAP became the theme of the moviel."

  CP, baba rap was not the theme music officially. But it might as well have been the alt. theme music for all the fight & confrontation scenes.

  What is the latest buzz on Rajnikanth’s next film? The big rumour is that ace director Ravikumar has finally found an elusive script for the superstar. Ever since the Baba debacle, the superstar was on the look out for the right script that would suit his age and image!
  
  According to the grapevine, Rajni plays the role of a 50 plus advocate Barister Viswanath (the working title of the film) where he is a fiery advocate by day who fights for justice and in the night he is a vigilante in his crusade against the scum of the earth!
  
  The film has shades of The Saint, Batman, Spider-Man and the about to be released Daredevil. As Barister Viswanath, he will be mouthing some of his political beliefs. The flaws that happened in Baba will be corrected here as a Mumbai based make-up specialist will be giving a new look to Rajni’s character which is sure to make his fans happy.

  Might be. Kodi parakkudhu was worst. Atleast in SS Amithab comes as SS only in night. But in KP thalaivar is there every where at all time. Morning noon or night....BR simply didn't know how to make a masala film.

  after readin dat Barrister Viswanath thing i was reminded of "Naan Sigappu Manithan"...even the name Viswanath! :) ....interestin some other film(KP) popped up .... also frankly spkin,forgettin all logic,KP WAS one of my fav films!....i still watch it if it comes on TV jus coz it WAS my fav film! :) ... however these days i restrict myself to the GD-Sivagiri conflict scenes!

  Interestingly, "naan magaan alla" also features RK as Vakil Vishwanath. AFter a gangrape of his sister and beating up of vidhavai amma (as usual), Vakil vishwanath takes revenge of Nambiar, Sathyaraaj and a band of evil-doers.
  The best thing about the movie that i remember, is RK in the last climax when beating up MNNambiar, spells out his name for every punch and it was funny listening to him say "W" (in Vish'w'anath)...
  RK says loudly "DABBALYOUUU"....

  Naan Sigappu Manithan as Application Server
  Kodiparakuthu as Data Broker
  and
  Naan Magaan alla as Front end....

  this is wat i thot...
  naan mahaan alla : RK as lawer viswanath.....satyaraj and nambiar as villains....radha as heroine....RK wud prove to the court that hes not a killer....a blame which he was forced on him due to circumstances....nambiar's plan...it had dat "enter the dragon" kinda climax....LOL!! :) .... even though twas RK!
  
  
  naan sigappu manithan : RK is a professor....his sister is raped and he takes revenge on those responsible as "robinhood"....ends up killin all the criminals....bhagyaraj plays the role of a policeman...ambika heroine

  yeah, RK as BL in the enter the dragon kind of climax.. nambiar is pinned to a spear stung through glass revolving miror....
