sorry nagas ..i think that is not possible .u need a two -way plug in ..or what u can do it is u can play it in a system ,use mic and connect the mic to the system .....

Hi friends ,
Have u ever listened to the Non -filmy album "KAVITHAIGAL SOLLAVA" (orginally :"Kadalai Kauvravikkum Neeram")..the album is by KArthick RAAJA and Illayaraja ..8 songs ..2 by illas and 6 by KR ...KR has done greta work in 4 songs ...ILLAS songs are average ......It is available in www.tamilsongs.net (unfortunately for the past one week teh website is down )..I have three songs from it ..any body wants it contact me (750 KB each)..I forgot the site from where i downloaded ..>!

THE songs of KADAL samrajyam are available for download in http://www.tamilterra.com/ ..the songs are of 128 kbps ..very good quality ....

If some body can suggets me where i can get latest Tamil caasetes in MUMBAI ,it will be helpfull..Ethae chennai ya irruntha kalsi irrukalam ......

NagaS - the CD for this ALBUM has not been released ? i asked my BIL to buy this in B'lore and he got back saying only cassette is avbl.... anyway, iam getting the cassette tom in my hand.....

two way pin is good enough.
1. play the cassete in walkman or player. Connect 2 way pins one end in the player's output another end in the PC audio cards line input.

2. Use any sound recorder set the recording source to line input and record the song. It will record in wav format.

3. convert wave to real format using some utitlity and upload to any of the free site. Provide as the link.

what is the pc audio card input ? my laptop has three inputs - one for speakers, one for mike and the other one I don't know ... is it what you are talking about ?

I am posting a totally unrelated query here ... sorry guys ..

I have a *.dat file (taken from a VCD) which I want to edit and convert only the selected portions to AVI / any other smaller size video formats ... is there any tool that will let me do it ?

Hi friends,

1.Chellame Chellam-JUST GREAT as some one said ,it is like Kavithaigal sollava in Ullam Kollai Poguthey ...sung by Hariharan and Female Voice(i think sadana sargam),but different in TUNE though the basic beat is the same .Immediate catch 9/10

2.Kathal Vanoli-Sujatha :Starts with a Humming by Karthick Raaja ,just when it seems that it is a usual melody ..Sujatha's voice pours in with a great Flute preceding it ..It is right match of Illayaraja(of 80s) and Karthick Raaja's style .Best song to go before sleeping ..9/10,may become 10/10 when i hear it again ....

3.Mutailkul-A songs for children ..should not be considred as a song ..I think will fit in the movie rightly ,It's diiferent and has ILLAS style ...6.5/10..Will not be remmebered much ...But ok as it is a short song ..

4.Nilavae Nilave-Shankar Mahadevan -Starts with a OLD TYPE chorus starts which is disappointing ,but the following beats is rythmic and definetly will be on the likes of O podu ,Rakamamma ...Great song for the college students ..will become a good hit if dancing is good ..8/10
5.PillaiThamarai-Madhu Balakrishnan .A very good melody though not great as the first two songs ..I think it will pick up once the theme is known .Soft melody ..Simliar to ILALS melodies ,but the blend of KARTHICK RAAJA is there.Rating of 8.5/10

6.Thathillathae-CHorus song ..Village Marriage folk type,but has soft beats throughout ..soft melody ...Very different song ..Its like Devar Kaldi (devar Magan),but sung in DUET MODE and romantic mode ..the comparison may be wrong ,but this how i can describe . 8/10

7.Thazhampoo-ILLAS DUET The duet has the same style as the previous song but the chorus is missing ...Good have been more melodious or rthymic beats ..comes intermediate ,but a good number 7.5/10 may become 8.5/10 on hearing it again .

On the whole strongly recommended for buying the ALBUM.Very soft and melodious .
