CHANDRAMUKHI VS M.EKSPRESS VS ANNIYAN VS GODFATHER VS SACHIN

WOW! Its going the GREATEST BATTLE of all time n the most fierce fight
ever in tamil film industry history. All top actors like Superstar Rajini, Padmashree Kamahassan, Chiyan Vikram, Ultimate star Ajith and Illaya Thalapathi Vijay will battle it out neck n neck on coming TAMIL NEW YEAR 2005. Who will win it? It has been 3 years since Rajini last film Baba, which was a flop…while Kamal VR did quite well. Vijay riding high after Ghilli…Vikram’s Arul didn’t do well and finally Ajith back in the race with vijay for superstar stature after Attagasam bring some profit. Whatever happen, this will be written in tamil film history as one of the greatest battle. There will be only 1 winner where he will beat 4 other top actor n write his name in history book.. WHO DO U ALL THINK?

  Here is my Personal ranking:
  
  1. ANNIYAN (Shankar's Story, Technic, Vikram Acting)
  
  2. GODFATHER (Ravikumar's Story, Ajitha Acting, Music)
  
  3. CHANDRAMUKHI (Rajani's Style & Acting)
  
  4. MUMBAI EXPRESS (Comedy, Kamal Hassan Acting)
  
  5. SACHIN (Vijay's Acting)
  
  6. Others ...
  
  You see nowadays you can just make your movie as a Hit when you have Big Names (Actors,Crew & Team), when you use great technical stuff, when you have good Music, and the most important thing is the story. If you have a mix of all these things then your movie will get a Hit.
  If you see
  
  Anniyan has everything: Big Names,technical stuff,Good Music (HJ),Shankar's story.
  
  Godfather has everything: Big Names,technical stuff, super great Music (isai puyal ARR),great story like from all other movies of K.S.Ravikumars.
  
  Chandramukhi has not eveything: Not Big Names just Rajini, not the best Music, not the best story.It will just be interesting because Rajini is acting.
  
  For the first time one movie of A.R.Rahman will be released at the same time like a movie of Harris Jeyaraj. So A.R.Rahman will be extra motivated to show everybody who is the real Numero Uno.
  Another Plus point for Godfather.

  I think the Tamil producers will be smart not to indulge in false bravado (Thuthukudi Red racer exempted) and end up diluting the profits! Such a big clash might actually never happen.
  Yet...Anniyan vs Chandramukhi is interesting!

  Hi friends,
  
  Can anybody tell me why Tamil Directors want to release all their movies on April 15 2005 ?
  If I am a director, I would release my movie on a date when no other big Name movie releases.
  But if you see :
  
  Anniyan
  Godfather
  Chandramukhi
  Mumbai Express
  Sachin
  Mayaavi ....
  
  Why ?
  The directors know that only movie will or can win. I can just imagine one answer for that question. Maybe the directors just want to compare their talents with other Tamil directors to know who is the best directors. But if you realease your movie on a date when no other movie releases and your movie makes a new Boy Office record then everybody know that your are the best. But if you release the same movie on New Year with other movies and your movie flops then nobody knows your name.
  So why are these directors so stupid ?

  I am also one of those who see no sense in so many movies releasing on the same day that too at a time when ticket prices are so high.People would prefer seeing just one movie that month with family while the college going type might see a max of 3 movies which will be entirely decided by the reviews/word of mouth.As far as opeaning goes all the movies will take an fantastic initial because of star power&excitement about the projects.Though i am a die hard Kamal fan i have to admit that his film is most likely to have a weak initial in the so called B&C centres where CM,Anniyan,Sachin&Godfather will rule because of the mass image of the stars&in the case of Anniyan,the director also.If Kamal manages to make 'ME' a good film it might pick up later but till then he has to be content with cities,big towns alone.The final list will be decided by the content of the movies&what people like,i wouldn't want to hazard a guess though my wish list would be:Mumbai Express,Anniyan,Sachin,Godfather&Chandramukhi.

  Can some one tell me, any movie which was released along with the supstar star(not before he became a super*)that dared to compete with his movies and out performed in the box office, except baba ???
  
  That will answer your question, Rajni need not Mani Ratnam, or IR, or ARR or ... to make his films mega hits, ppl go to watch Rajni's performance, no body is interested in story!!

  2. mumbai express (for kamal maybe)
  3. Godfather(one time entertainer)
  4. Chandramukhi( on the race for multi time)
  5. Sachin( on the race for multitime entertainer)
  6. Perarasu( For vijay kanth May be)
  
  So the race is really between chandramukhi and Sachin.

  This movie vill realse april 14 and this 1 will be the winner since its a Rajini Movie. Everybody know that baba run more than all othere movie in 2002. So every1 must know how much power rajini have. So u guys can think how chandramukhi is going 2 be.
  Sine this movie is going 2 have t record of reels so there will be no room for many othere big movies release. just think over it. This is fact. Iam not trying 2 be a rajini fan here.

  This is another big movie who is releasing on april 14, and it will. This movie will be a diffrent from othere movies, diffrent story like INDIAN and MUTHALVAN. People Will love this movie, and it will get lot of awards.This movie will be a hit 2 but it will not beat CM.

  This will be a average movie. IT have populuar people in it, but it will be a movie kinf of we have seen b4. nothing new. Havent we seen lot of ajit in a movie b4.

  - it have been lot of movie with more than 1 ajit on it.
  
  4.MUMBAI-EXPRESS
  NOt sure this will release on april 14, i dont think so but i hope. This will be full comedy movie. i will bet 50-50 on this movie. maybe it will break off.
  
  + Kamel, comedy, acting of every1.
  - Maybe it will be hit only in tamil or hindi.
  
  
  SACHIN is not a April 14 release. i bet 100% on it.
  
  On this analyse ihavent been a fan of any actors.
