Wow checkout,
your posts looks kinda intelligent until the part where you keep giving it away when you say paran got ambleen running.
o btw, before being the judge of who are the followers of ambleen, i think all us know who paran's followers are :)
And for a person who can perceive it as winning when somebody is losing and vice versa there's nothing anyone else can do for you.
no offence 2.

To the nut who said who saw the preview and got excited by the bgm, please don't emnarass yourself. The trailer music belonged to the soundtracks of Hollywood movies(Howard Shore, etc). You think Rahman can come with such music? Of course he can, if he copies again. But listen to Warriors From Heaven And Earth and you will know what rubbish bgm he comes up with.

Why is that the matha farkers from ARR camp find it disgusting when others use vulgarity but not when MADMAN(boy/gal/eunuch?) MADDY use it?

After Lagaan, A R Rahman's music is again set to make waves at the Oscars, this time with a Chinese film.
His first-ever Chinese film, Warriors of Heaven and Earth, will be the 2004 official entry to the Oscars. A period saga directed by Hei Peng with the maestro's music, Warriors of Heaven and Earth is China's second film after Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
Rahman is the first Indian to work behind the Great Wall with the ace director who had earlier directed Red Firecracker Green Firecracker and wrote the screenplay for Swordsman in Double Flag.
"The experience was liberating. There were many raised brows. It was left to me in blind faith. That's why I prayed that everything should work out well, or else, this could have been my biggest humiliation ever," he says.
The remuneration too turned into a great deal, says Rahman, who was briefly in town. "Money any way doesn't count in certain phases in life," the maestro says. This, says Rahman, is one of the many international offers that he's chosen. "I am considering a couple of Hollywood offers. I refused one of Miramax's film as I found the theme very dark," says the composer, who made his presence felt on the global scene with Bombay Dreams.
He says he has been an avid fan of Chinese films — the award-circuit types. It was one of the meetings with Sony Classical head that resulted in this crossover offer. "My head was blank when he asked me to meet Hei Peng as I didn't understand the language. But when I saw the film, I found it had immense scope for my kind of music. Moreover, Hei -Ping heard Lagaan and Vandhe Mataram albums and liked them so much that he made a 'temp-track' and used it in his film. I committed then and there."
The film is about the silk route from China to Turkey and to India. Music has Indian, Turkish and Chinese mix.
"The film has a Japanese actor, an American producer and an Indian composer."
The music — mostly background score — heightens the emotional impact of the film. "There is just one song in the Mandarin language sung by the famous Taiwanese singer Jolin," he says.
So is he out of bounds for Indian films? "No, they can still afford me. But, I am being choosy about my assignments. It's my fans' wish."

ARR IS BREAKING THE LIMITS OF MUSIC BY HIS EXTRORDINARY TALENT.
- From: Ramki (@ 161.150.2.26)
on: Tue Sep 23 13:14:56 EDT 2003
On the eve of nationwide release of 'Warriors oh Heaven and Earth' in China, Singapore oli
interviewed ARRahman’s Assistant/Sound Engineer Sridhar
Excerpts from the interview
Columbia/Tristar pictures approached ARR sometime last june(2002) to do the musical score for the film.
Since ARR was busy with Bombay dreams (according to Sridhar, at that time Rahman had only 2-3 hrs sleep every day for 25 continuous days) he did not accept the project immediately. He asked them to wait They approached him again after 6 months when ARR agreed to visit Hongkong to meet the Director. He committed to the project immediately after watching the movie.
Before starting to write the music, ARR studied Chinese instruments and music. When he was done writing the symphony score, they decided to record it in China. Since China was plagued with SARS at that time, they did the recording in Prague (Czech). According to Sridhar, Michael from New York and Sivakumar assisted ARR during the recording. The recording was done with live instruments (90 Piece Orchestra)
Mixing was done in Madras. Since Rahman felt the movie was too violent he wanted to add a song expressing peace and unity. He recorded an English song with a new singer Sunitha and Blaaze(one of the lyricist in Boys)wrote the lyrics. Sony was so impressed with the song they wanted a Chinese version. Popular Chinese singer Jolie (!!) was brought to madras and the Chinese version was recorded.
Song is played in the background during the end titles.
Final mixing was done in Australia. Since ARR was busy with re-mixing work for Boys he couldn’t go to Australia. The song files (Sridhar used the word ‘reel’) was sent everyday to Australia through internet.
Australians took 25 days to complete the final mixing.
Rahman is in Beijing to attend the nationwide release of the movie.
Sony will soon be releasing the CD .
When asked to comment about ARR’s future projects, Sridhar mentioned there are 3 Tamil movies, 6 Hindi and talks are going on for couple of English films.
